Good to Know
All parts of the home are welcome to registered guests, aside from the cleaners' supply closet in the master bedroom, which has an electronic lock on it. Front door entry is via a keyless keypad - your unique code will be sent 3 days before check-in. Message us if you'd like to request early check-in or late checkout - we're happy to help when we can! Feel free to reach out to us at any time before or during your stay - if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know.

- Registered guests only (up to 12 maximum) - only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property, unless we've given prior permission
- Pool heating available for $75/night with 3-day advance notice required (2-night minimum)
- We welcome licensed and insured external vendors (e.g. hibachi chefs) but do require prior notice, a Certificate of Insurance (if applicable), and reserve the right to charge a fee
- Our home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood - we request you abide by quiet hours and keep noise levels respectful
- No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No diving, running, or jumping near the pool. Please supervise children and pets at all times around and in the pool
- Please don't remove the pool vacuum or tamper with any pool equipment, and please don't bring small toys into the pool, as they can get pulled into the vacuum and damage it
- Please don't disable or tamper with safety devices, including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, thermostats, or pool equipment
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Commercial photography and filming are not allowed without prior approval
