Great Property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was relaxing, very clean, and had a great location. Communication was super easy, and we had a great time using the pool and the other outdoor amenities. We would stay again!

Amazing service

Great property with lots of amenities, but heat pump didn’t work the first night. Emailed property management and they responded very quickly, brought us temp heaters, and had the heat pump replaced the next day! Would highly recommend :)

Great Getaway house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was a great place to relax. Our host thought of everything in the well stocked kitchen from the coffee bar and spices to plenty of paper and cleaning supplies. The house included extra towels, games and an updated space to enjoy family time together. Everything was labeled and made finding things easy. Ric was great to work with and flexible with our arrival and departure times. Would recommend to others and consider renting for future trips to the area.

The nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The owners thought of everything that visitors need, and stocked the home with the finest and best. Definitely the most thoughtful labeling throughout to make everything go well. Pool was very warm, a treat on the brisk days, and many outdoor door games to keep us busy. We did have an issue with the Internet that turned out to be Cox’s problem, and the owner’s service desk stayed on it until it was resolved. We loved our stay and we and our guests felt very welcome.

This is the Best Rental in Cave Creek Tatum Ranch!

What a fantastic property! I can’t say enough great things about our wonderful hosts and all this beautiful home provides. Everything inside and outside the home was exceptionally clean and comfortable and incredibly well stocked. I’ve never seen a rental house feel as welcoming as this one. The beds and couch were so inviting and comfortable and the massive TV was great for movies and football games. The backyard is amazing! We loved being in a quiet and beautiful golf course neighborhood and the location is very close to Scottsdale and downtown Cave Creek (with many grocery stores/restaurants less than 5min drive) The home was spacious for our group and everyone had a really great time here! We have already booked to stay here again next spring. Highly recommend Tatum Ranch Retreat. Thank you, Travli! 10/10!! Can’t wait to come back!

Happy Family

This was the perfect property to come set your bags down and relax. The home has everything to have fun and function! We Played in the back yard in the pool, putting green and with fantastic yard games. Enjoyed early morning coffee in the comfortable outdoor seating and stayed out for dinner that we grilled and ate pool side. Inside there was absolutely everything you would have looked for and it was all well labeled. The house was clean and comfortable. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!!
