Vibrant neighborhood right in the heart of Downtown Tempe! Plenty to do and see all within walking distance. The area is full of restaurants, stores, and shops nearby. Easy access to the freeway for convenient access to the rest of the east and west valley.

If you arrive with a car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. If you don't want to drive during the stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home, but is also walkable to nearby restaurants, stores, and shops.
Other Things to Note:
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The pool gets serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. We do not issue refunds for problems related to HOA managed amenities that are outside our control.
The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.
The Hot Tub is available and heated year round.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
