The Space:

Designed for privacy, relaxation, and memorable group stays, this five-bedroom retreat blends modern design with the timeless beauty of the Sonoran Desert.



Set against sweeping desert and mountain vistas, the estate offers multiple gathering spaces and quiet retreats, creating the perfect balance for families, friends, and group getaways.

Getting around from Gold Dust Estate is a breeze. While the estate is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, major roadways are easily accessible, making it simple to explore Scottsdale and beyond. Ride-sharing services and private vehicles are the best ways to navigate the area, ensuring convenience and flexibility. For those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a quick 25-minute drive. Other Things to Note:

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) fee. The Spa is included with your stay. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell as well as front facing security cameras at each corner of the home and back yard access used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only. Additionally, there is a camera on the pool equipment, behind the pool, for liability purposes.



Properties also includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
