Perfect stay

No words can describe the hospitality of the host/owner. They were great! Close to anything you need. Stores and we had family close by so it was convenient for them to visit. Will come back again next time I want to come back and visit Phoenix!!!

Hoover Happy For Sure!

We came to Phoenix from Colorado on somewhat of a last minute belated 40th birthday trip. We booked the Hoover House simply for the outdoor space as we are 3 couples that are ALWAYS on the go and we wanted to relax as much as possible. We pretty much never left the house once arrived, other than to go watch our Colorado Rockies play at Chase Field. The location of the house is obviously in an area that is being revamped and upgraded. Upon arrival, Kyle asked that I contact him directly to explain the pool. From that point on, Kyle was incredibly attentive and responsive to helping us get the pool/spa and outdoor lights working properly. The outdoor lights/tv did not work as expected so Kyle even came over on Saturday to make sure everything was ready for us for Saturday night (greatly appreciated for sure)! We rented a car because we thought we would need something to do after check out and before our flight left on Sunday evening. We loved house/space so much, we didn’t even care to venture out. Kyle helped us extend our stay into the late afternoon. It was amazing to have no schedule for a couple of days and the Hoover House was simply amazing and accommodating!! 100% recommend!!!

What a lovely fun home! Very cool decor and tech for long weekend!

Daughter and I stayed there while we moved her out of college apartment. Home was so fun and well stocked. Very cool tech through process that we have never seen (Check in picture kiosk very very cool). Was perfect stay and very clean. Pool space was pretty. Definitely in older part of phoenix so some noise later into evening, but a very cool and nicely decorated home!!

Hoover House Delivers!

We had a great time at the Hoover House. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks like it does on the pictures. The minor issues we experiences were due to shower glass doors didn’t quite keep water from spraying outside of the shower and it was difficult to turn on the outdoor hot tub as the handle was brittle and broke off. The neighborhood is very conveniently located with a coffee bar and 7-10 min from the airport. The property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would recommend to stay there!

Spring Break in AZ

The property was a great place to stay for a few days with the family over Spring Break. Very clean and user friendly. Property manager was incredibly helpful and very easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t know about the space heaters the first night and had a long night… but once we asked we were pointed to one in each closet and he vacation was saved. Make sure you find them in the closet if it’s cold;)

Quiet Haven

A quiet haven located just outside downtown Phoenix. Great amenities provided throughout! Would definitely stay again/recommend to anyone going to Phoenix.
