Brief stay

Stayed two weeks here. Host was very responsive. Very nice area for walking or biking with plenty of paths. Only negative was the bed was noisy. Furniture wasn't that comfortable but we are spoiled with our recliners at home.

Great Location! Comfy for 2!

We stayed for over 2 weeks at this property and found it to be comfy and functional. You had everything you needed. A great location, on a golf course /bike path, one mile from Old town and convenient to the 101. We are avid cyclist, and the bike path and connecting Scottsdale system is phenomenal. Really nice private outdoor space on the golf course. We watched a “glo ball” event one warm night. Kitchen has all the basics, office desk nice, laundry great. Bedding very comfy as well. Woukd go back for sure. Damon, the host was a great communicator. Messaged with him several times, he was quick o respond.

Great Location

This place is close to restaurants in Old town & there is a Starbucks & grocery store across the street. Damon was very helpful & got back to us with any concerns or questions we had. Thank you for sharing your place.

Fantastic location with great views

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was a perfect location on a golf course and close to old town. A grocery store across the street and right on the bike path. The condo is well reflected in the pictures and very well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics. If you love to cook, bring some of your favorite tools. The pool and workout facility were nice. The host Damon was super helpful and very responsive.

Long term stay in Scottsdale

This was a perfect little condo for the two of us as we transitioned to the Scottsdale area. It is central to everything. Damon was a very responsive host and provided immediate feedback on the very minor issue during a crazy thunderstorm.

Great Location

The location was great. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale and bike trails. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance. The golf course and Camelback views were accurate. The unit however needs updating and some repairs

This condo provides a very comfortable stay. My husband and I rented it for a 2-week stay.

There’s a pool and workout room. Great neighborhood with lots of shoppers, restaurants and close proximity to activities.

Very clean our host went above and beyond and he was always quick to respond to our questions or needs. Beautiful view close to shopping and dining. Would highly reccomend.

Amazing Experience, Host So Helpful and Friendly

I stayed at this property for just over 5 weeks and had the most amazing stay. The condo is in the best location and is so cute, clean, and has everything you'd ever need. The pool at the condo is so nice. You're near everything you'd ever need, including a nice running path that takes you through some nice local parks and by a local lake. Just a few minutes from Old Town, so it's perfect for going out for dinner at night. The view from the patio of Camelback Mountain is beautiful, especially at sunset. Damon is such a great host, was always reachable and extremely friendly and accommodating. I miss this place so much already and really hope I can come back soon.

Great Location

Just right for a couple and nice location!

Nice condo! Clean with nice linens! Close to everything we needed and could walk to some great little restaurants! Owner was very accessible and helpful: would certainly stay there again!

Check it out! Close to everything and spectacular sunsets!

This condo was great. Large sliding glass door to the patio with a screen slider too. Nice breezes off the wide open golf course and great sunsets over Camelback. A one bedroom place with a great king size bed and plenty of closet space. It has everything you need to relax. Very clean and neat. Comfortable furniture, great tv’s and internet. Great for leisurely strolling, biking or walking to Old Town. Or hit a few balls at the driving range at the other end of the golf course. Walk to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Easy access to enter the condo and a very close covered parking spot. It’s at one end of a great, wonderful maze of condos so is really easy to find. That’s a plus for visitors! Also had very quick response by Damon to a minor issue. Would stay again and will definitely tell friends to check it out. Our son and family live 2 minutes away and he was very impressed with the location and how nice the condo was. Lots of visitor parking spots. We used the pool and fitness center and all were great. Loved our stay!

Do not miss this gem near Old Town!

This is a perfectly appointed condo in a great location. The condo is very neat and clean, with all the right cooking utensils for my stay. I rented a bike in Old Town and was able to easily hop on the Green Belt at Hayden, ride into Old Town, the Fashion District, and the Entertainment District. The back patio is private with a sitting and dining area for the early morning or evening. I was working remotely that week so the office setup was absolutely perfect. I visit Scottsdale often and will reach out again to check availability for this gem!
