Please Note: Once you have confirmed your booking, all VRBO reservations will require you to verify your details with us before your stay. You will be contacted by Truvi/SuperHog via email and/or text to complete this verification. This is only required for the guest booking the reservation. Any verifications that are not completed before your stay will be subject to cancellation.

🛑 House Rules 🛑
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional visitors, guests, pets or vendors (such as Cabana Boys) are not allowed unless previously approved by your host. Approved vendors include decorations, private chefs, hibachi chefs, yoga instructors.

2. No parties. No events. We will NOT make any exceptions so no need to ask. The City of Scottsdale has a strict “no party” policy.

3. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2,500)

5. No tampering with pool equipment or settings. Do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool.

6. No smoking inside the property.

7. No illegal behavior (drugs, firearms, solicitation, underage drinking, etc).

8. No glitter or confetti. You’re welcome to bring some decorations if you’re celebrating something.

9. Please understand that you will be held liable to cover the cost of any damages to the property that occur during your stay. These are damages made by you, your guests, or vendors you hired.

10. We have security cameras and a Minut noise monitor located in the front and backyard. No cameras inside the house. This is not to spy on you but to secure our home while we’re not there. If our security cameras or noise monitors are tampered with, it is an automatic $250 fine.

11. No Pets Allowed - there will be an extra $250 cleaning fee if any pets are on the property.

*If any guests in your group choose to break a rule, please understand that it may result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund and 2 hours to vacate the property.

This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
