Perfect Location and Home

Beautiful home that was clean and had all that we needed for the 5 of us. Great location - close to a lot of points of interests and within walking distances to spring training baseball games, mall, restaurants (old town area). Property manager was awesome and quick responded to our questions.

Walk everywhere in Old Town!

This 4 bedroom ranch house has been very nicely remodeled on the inside and has a bright and cheerful vibe! Beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there was plenty of hot water no matter how many people were showering at the same time. Highly recommend this property and we will be back for sure!

Fun and Comfy Stay

The home was lovely with all that you could need for an extended stay. The WiFi didn’t work initially but the host made sure to send someone over to diagnose it immediately. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great location too.

Amazing home and location!

This home had tons of space and was very clean. The beds and beding were very comfortable. TVs in every room -even on the back patio. The location couldn't have been better. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance. Kelly was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice modern house close to Old Town Scottsdale

Fun house for our Spring Training trip! Check-in was easy, the house was clean, the wifi worked well, and we liked the hot tub and horseshoes in the back yard. Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale, and the Hotel Valley Ho is about a 5 minute walk (or less).

Great Location / Modern Home

The house was perfect for a quick girls getaway. The best thing about it is the location to Old Town! We walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved the hot tub and living room to hang out. There are some basic repairs that need to happen but otherwise it had everything we needed and was super cute!

Amazing house

Incredibly clean, modern house just a short walk to downtown Scottsdale. Perfectly appointed , comfortable rooms. Games to Play in backyard and TV. Very responsive host, would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Spring Training 2025

Really loved the house location, condition, and it's amenities for our annual trip to Scottsdale. It had a few minor repair issues. We rented this house, to a large degree, because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working properly and would not heat up. the cover was all mangled and leaking rain water. Otherwise, the backyard was fun for us duffers. The interior was very clean and tidy, and the bedroom/bathroom count was spot on. It's location was the best feature. Owner's communication was slow at first, but improved once we got there. Quiet neighborhood. We will rent again in 2026.

Comfortable Arizona Living

We were a group of senior couples and enjoyed our stay. Our bedrooms were comfortable and everlything was well stocked. Our only major issue was a blocked drain in one of the showers making it unusable, but we were able to share the other one. The kitchen had every thing we needed to prepare meals. I wish that the table would have had seating for six since there were four bedrooms, but there was bar seating at the counter which we used. The location was great for accessing the freeway and getting to a variety of restaurants and sights in the area. When we had a senior moment opening the door, the homeowner was prompt in answering our call and helping us enter the property. The guys really enjoyed the little golf area in the back yard.

Old town rental

There were 6 adults 18-25. All hard working responsible people. No one could stay there the first night, because the code box was too difficult and the code that was initially sent was for entrance through the garage and that didn’t work either. We could not reach the hosts… the next day, we spoke with the wife who told us that we had to wait to get in until her husband was done at the gym. He finally calle and walked us through the code to enable entrance. Beds were uncomfortable This was advertised for 10. Not true when it came to sleeping… the 6th person had to use the uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Still waiting for the $200 first night, unused rental refund. We never asked but thought the hosts would reach out to offer it back. They have not. As always we left the rental picked up and cleaned up.

Ideal location, not an ideal stay.

We love this area of Scottsdale, it is prime location to everything. Walking the canal, the Arts District, Old Town, tons of great eats etc. At first, communication with host wasn't quick but we had not checked in yet. Once checked in, host was responsive. They were very accommodating in giving us an extra night. Unfortunately the stay was not great. We planned to BBQ for our son's birthday, there were no BBQ utensils. Now previous tenant could have taken them but the house was definitely lacking in supplies. I don't know if the cleaning service failed to check supplies. The only toilet paper was the used roll in each of the bathrooms, no backstock. Mind you were stayed for 7 nights and had 6 people. Laundry detergent was empty so we had to buy more to wash towels as there wasn't enough fresh towels for that long of a stay. Kitchen was not well stocked so if you plan to cook, you would need to buy everything from spices, cooking oil etc. What cooking utensils they did have, were very flimsy. Wine glasses... no wine opener :(. Coffee pods were also in very limited supply for 6 people, 7 nights. We got into the hot tub on our 3rd night, it was not clean! Water was murky, there were pebbles on the seats and bottom. The maintenance crew came out on Monday but bad taste already left so we didn't use it the rest of the week. Unfortunately this wasn't one of our better VRBO stays.

Enjoyable place to stay for golf trip

This property worked great for our golf trip. Great indoor and outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub, putting green, and bocce ball were great. Location to Oldtown was fantastic. Would recommend.
