MESA MOONDANCE SINATRA PLACE, our one story, 2 BR, 2 BA, patio home, has an appealing floor plan that features "Rat Pack" themed rooms and furnishings. The great room provides a spacious sitting area with a cozy recliner and smart TV. Wifi is complimentary.

The sitting area blends into a well-stocked galley kitchen with a trey ceiling and appealing view of the greenbelt. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Open counter space allows you to prep and serve delectable meals without missing togetherness with family and friends.

An adjacent pantry stores your favorite ingredients for creating gourmet cuisine and lip-smacking cocktails. Formal dining or quick meals on the run are possible in adjoining dining area that seats 4. Glass doors to the patio add natural light and enhance openness of living spaces.

~ DREAM the NIGHT AWAY ~
Pretty primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and door to the covered patio. The private bath has a walk-in shower. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, black-out curtains and smart TV. Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower combo.

Bedrooms are attractive with wide windows that allow abundant natural light when desired. Closets and drawer space in both rooms are perfect for your personal belongings. Move in and feel at home.

Laundry room with washer and dryer minimizes time spent on laundry tasks to maximize your leisure time. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

~ DIVINE OUTDOOR OPPORTUNITIES ~
Enclosed backyard offers private outdoor moments to enjoy sunshine and fresh air. The covered patio with stylish furniture is a lovely place to bask on warm days (even in January!) while sipping early morning coffee or your evening nightcap. The gas grill is available for the outdoor chef who longs to concoct prize-winning barbecued food.

The green spaces beyond the home provide corridors for wildlife and opportunities for nature enthusiasts to view local and migrating animals. Bring your binoculars, camera and field guides!

The two-car garage is an additional bonus that provides secure storage space for your vehicles and recreational gear. There are 2 driveway spaces for additional vehicles.

Take a short walk to the heated community pool and spa for a refreshing swim and relaxing moments. A bike is at the home for guests to use.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

ALL TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

In accordance with Arizona state law owner permission is required for reservations greater than 31 days.
