About this property
Paradise in Scottsdale w/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Game Room
Welcome to over 4.4k square feet of pure Scottsdale living on an oversized in town lot nearing 0.4 acres! This home has been tastefully updated to preserve the beauty of its original southwest design and character. The backyard is an entertainers dream with a gigantic oasis pool, outdoor kitchen/dining area, and a large gas firepit area. The inside has it all as well, with a full game room that will want to keep everyone inside - room for all ages both inside and out.
The space
There are two living rooms for your enjoyment, one set with a stacked stone decorative fireplace and mantle, the other with soaring ceilings and attractive exposed beams. Both are furnished with stylish cozy sofas and large flatscreen TVs. Perhaps the most popular area in the house is the spacious game room where you can shoot pool, play foosball, or try your hand at shuffleboard. This room also comes with a flatscreen TV.
The open kitchen offers a generous amount of counter and cabinet space with stainless steel appliances including an electric range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s also a prep island with bar seating, and a breakfast nook just off the kitchen for additional casual dining. For more formal, sit-down meals, there is a lovely separate dining room with French doors leading to the backyard.
The enormous master bedroom showcases high ceilings, a lounging sofabed, dedicated workspace with desk, and flatscreen TV. Sleek and rejuvenating, the en suite bathroom has a dual vanity with separate shower. The second is a spacious bunk room outfitted with three bunk beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen-sized bed while the fifth bedroom holds a king.
Not to be outdone by the spectacular interior of this mansion, the tropical-themed back yard is especially impressive and presents an attractive haven for outdoor gatherings. Take a dip in the massive resort-style swimming pool or fire up the grill and prepare some epic meals with the barbecue and prep area. The backyard is equipped with plenty of furniture for outdoor dining, laying out for a sunbath, or sitting around the firepit. There is also a basketball hoop, a horseshoe court, cornhole toss, and bocce ball to keep you endlessly entertained.
Additional perks at this property include a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. The front courtyard with its soothing fountain is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee.

Fix some things and this would have been 5 stars
This property has fabulous outdoor amenities and a fun indoor game room. Low marks are due to the following:
1) lack of cleanliness (one ex is under bathroom cabinets, I looked for extra toilet paper and towels and instead found gross large black stains that resembled mold) in two of the full bathrooms.
2) Horribly thin, scratchy, tiny bathroom towels. They barely wrapped around me, a thin individual and hardly covered my bottom. One had a big hole in it. There were only 2 white washcloths & they rest were tiny black “makeup” ones. The management company needs to toss them, & buy some white Costco towels, hand towels and washcloths.
3) Inaccurate number of bathrooms in listing. There are actually only 3 full baths and one half bath, NOT 4 full bathrooms and one half bath like the listing said. We had 4 families here and was banking on each family having their own bathroom. This inaccuracy made our stay inconvenient when trying to get all of us ready for a wedding.
4) the kitchen is not well equipped. If you plan on cooking here, you need at least a few sheet pans and a good frying pan or two. It would be nice if some basics like extra kitchen sponges, a counter cleaning spray, and plenty of extra garbage bags existed under the kitchen sink. We only stayed 3 nights, but I couldn’t imagine staying a whole week with a kitchen this ill equipped.
The interior space and exterior are fantastic, the back up and response from the owners is exemplary, all facilities are good. Maybe in the future a refresh will be needed but it’s fine for now. 2 small problems were sorted immediately.
