A cute and comfortable condo. Front faces a busy street with every shopping possibility. Back faces a greenway with walking paths. Appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer, ground level entry, and covered parking. We enjoyed the pool and watching the hummingbirds on the patio.

Mom’s 90th birthday visit

We were so happy to find your listing within walking distance of my parent’s house! The accommodations were perfect for what we needed while we were visiting my parent’s for Mom’s 90th BD. The place was clean, easy to find, great parking options, and the green belt in the back yard was perfect for walking our dog. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Phoenix to visit Mom & Dad.

MSBL Baseball Tournament

The Condo is very comfortable, clean , well stocked kitchen, and being able to do laundry was a blessing. Very close to shopping , restaurants, ETC. A must visit is the Arizona Memorial near the Diamondbacks spring practice facility, almost as good as Hawaii. To top off the stay , we won our World Series for the MSBL. Thank you Lindsay, it was a great experience.

Spotless condo in great location

This condo is in a great location in northern Phoenix backing up too a greenspace with a path that goes for miles. Within walking distance are many restaurants and retailers (Target, Costco, REI, Penneys). The unit was very clean and roomy, everything worked. A covered carport was included. Location was a short drive to Scottsdale, shopping, casinos and easy to get to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Our host was extremely responsive, we'd happily stay here again.

Great location

Location was convenient for my needs, the unit needed some minor maintenance issues, the out door space was not kept up but it was summer so not really used. Overall cute place, I was disappointed that the owner claimed we had damaged the queen size sheets which had a small blood stain on it when we arrived but smelled clean, and the water filter pitcher that we didn’t use but left out to be washed for the next guest.
