Relax in the upgraded backyard with a huge Palapa/tiki hut with a gas fire table. Enjoy the outdoor bar with stools to gather around the BBQ. Sports Court with freshly painted PICKLEBALL/ volleyball/badminton. Huge putting green and chipping area, heated swimming pool, pool slide, clean spa, and plenty of outdoor games for guests of all ages including Bocce Ball court! Large outdoor living space includes a huge grass area with toys for kids of all ages! The arcade room has a ping pong table, two stand-up arcade consoles with 500+ classic arcade games, pop-a-shot basketball, air hockey, and a big-screen TV.
This Scottsdale vacation home features 6 bedrooms, 3,300 square feet total with three full bathrooms, and easily accommodates up to 16 guests. The home's open floor plan includes a game room with pool table, kitchen/dining areas, and living room. Complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property.

Kitchen: New kitchen with high-end appliances. You'll enjoy cooking with a great view of the backyard! Dining seating for 12. There is also additional seating at the Kitchen island for 4 people.

Master Suite – King bed, luxury pillows and linens, and Smart TV. The private bathroom has dual sinks, custom shower — a truly tranquil space. Master suite includes a workspace and printer.
Guest Bedroom 2 – King bed, luxury pillows and linens, and Smart TV.
Guest Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, luxury pillows and linens, and Smart TV.
Guest Bedroom 4 – (Two) Twin over Twin bunk beds, luxury pillows and linens, and Smart TV.
Guest Bedroom 5 – Double bed with luxury pillows and linens.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard, Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Pets welcome $200 per pet non refundable - Pre-authorization is required, must disclose to host if traveling with a dog
Pack & Play, Highchairs and Air Mattress- $40 each + tax
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
*There is a required $150 per day fee. This includes pool heat in the winters, and helps with electricity in our hot summers!
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is:
12pm: $100 + tax
1pm: $75 + tax
2pm: $50 + tax
3pm: $35 + tax
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you
* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.
*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
