Comfortable for a long stay

We stayed at this house for almost 10 days. The rooms/beds were comfortable. Loved that there were extra blankets to curl up on the couch with in the evening while watching movies with the kids. We payed to have the pool heated which worked well since the kids usually used it in the morning and in the evening when the sun was setting, while I enjoyed the hot tub. The house was easy to get to and was in a great location to get to all the places we wanted to visit.

Clean and Spacious - Great Safe Neighborhood

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The open layout and large parking area was perfect for our large group (8 adults) to hang out. The house was minimally appointed, however, and we had to buy things that I would have assumed would have been provided (dish soap, sponge, box of tissues, etc). The one roll of paper towels only lasted 5 of our 8 days. There are really only enough dishes and flatware for a group of 4 - 6. We asked to have some additional folding chairs brought in so our group could all eat at the dining room table together. And although we were told they would be provided, they were not. The majority of the pool cues are broken. I recommend a luggage rack for each of the rooms as there is no dresser in 3 of 4 of the bedrooms. Also recommend a cutting board if the host wants to protect the countertops. Finally, of note for potential renters, the beds are all platform beds only 12 inches off the ground and some might have trouble getting up from that low.

The home is very sparse and the beds are thin futon mattress's. However clean and the property manager and owners were great to work with.
