The property was great for our family. The pool being fenced off from the rest of the back yard was perfect. We were able to let the kids play outside without worrying about them hoing near the water without supervision.

Very inviting inside and outside, 1 king suite and 4 queen beds plus 3 couches.

Easy access to VRBO, lots of kitchen and gathering area, 3 full baths and one powder room. More outdoor space for relaxing and fun. Wish the pool was heated without an extra charge. Would return.

This was a perfect home for our family vacation. The home was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and nice, updated appliances. The outdoor amenities were a big plus and one of the reasons we chose this home. The property manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great space, but comes with extra fees

Very nice, spacious house. Plenty of space for a larger family stay. We were disappointed by extra fees (i.e., asked to pay 600 to heat the pool for 4 days). Listings of this caliber should not come with hidden extra fees for highlighted amenities. Otherwise, don't advertise that these amenities are "included".

Property was as advertised. House easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids from 6 months to 6 years. Outdoor basketball court and pool area was great. Full fence around pool allowed for safety with children around. No issues with property. Lots of space. Clean and interesting desert landscaping. Great place to escape and relax for a few days.

This place is awesome ! It is incredibly spacious inside and out and the location is perfect! Not too close and not too far from everything! The ease of checkin and checkout couldn’t have gone better, prompt communication when we had any questions , and very accommodating with any requests made. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire family had a blast! Many thanks to everyone involved behind the scenes at Stay Porter , host/ hostess .. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience all the way around and will be definitely booking with them in the future.

Overall Great Stay

House was great with fantastic amenities for guests. Everything was as advertised and our stay was smooth and painless. Be aware, the host charges $150/day to use the hot tub. This is published in the listing but may be overlooked.

To heat the pool at 150 a day is crazy. Also, listing indicates there was a hot tub, but there was no way to turn on the jets and without paying to heat the pool it doesn’t get hot.No instructions for the various household items are provided.

This vacation home provided many activities for my family to enjoy and stay busy during our stay. The listing accurately reflected the home and its features. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative to this home was the numerous bugs we found throughout the home.
