Fabulous Condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocotillo Cays. The condo had lots of room, well equipped and the pool was great. The restaurants on the property were fantastic. The location of the Cays in Chandler was excellent with close access to many things. However, there was traffic noise heard in the main bedroom.

This is my second time using EliteVRS and as aspected the places we stayed were just as comfortable as our own. When issues if any arrive, EliteVRS responds within a very reasonable time to assure the stay remains a pleasant stay. Thank you EliteVRS for everything. Yna in Arizona

Disappointed

Started with 3 days of rain then freeze warnings. Outdoor activities were limited. Apartment door lock didn’t work. Repair fail. Apartment was unlocked for a week plus. Five calls and messages to Elite were unanswered . Rental agent finally responded but problems not corrected during my day. I would not recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the Cays at Ocotillo! The property was clean and complete with everything we needed! And the location provided us easy access to restaurants, bars and recreation! Check in, check out and communication was simple! We’ll definitely be back!

Winter Break

Unit looked just as it was pictured. Very clean, updated. Beds were comfortable and unit provided all the needed items for long term stay. Overall property was well maintained and landscaped. Maintenance people were top notch. Underground parking was great-safe and clean. Also area to store our bikes. Fitness room, pool, grill area were wonderful amenities. There are pickle ball courts nearby and easy areas to walk. Also a few restaurants within walking distance. We were on busy road side, so if you had windows open at night, could sometimes hear traffic. Closed windows helped. Also tenant above us was unpredictable with his music schedules. Overall, very nice experience. Would definitely stay at The Cays again.
