Desert Thanksgiving

Great weather and a super kitchen in which we cooked a large family meal. I only give cleanliness 3 stars because the back deck was so dirty when we arrived, maybe a dust storm? Also, dishwasher only cleaned well on the heavy setting. Otherwise, a fantastic home we would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay for a family getaway

We loved our stay here. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We had ping pong, cornhole, foosball and a fire pit so it was a lot of fun. The PM also had ping pong balls delivered since we couldn’t find any when we arrived. Bedrooms were great. The second bathroom shower knob was broken and it was missing half a glass shower door so we didn’t use it. It is in a quiet neighborhood so quiet hours must be respected which was fine for us. Overall, we’d stay here again.

Fantastic property

Loved this house. Book with confidence. I have stayed in four houses in the Scottsdale area and this is the only one I would look for again. Truly a 10/10 house and an 11/10 back yard. Great layout, amenities, and landscaping. If I had a recommendation to the owner/management company it would just be to not leave the cleaning robot in the pool 24/7. I’ve never seen this before out of around 7 pool properties I have rented and trying to swim around a 20’ hose and robot decreases the pool experience. Also, the pool was supposed to be heated and it definitely was not. It was their summer season when heat was supposed to be included and not an extra cost. I double checked this before our trip with the company but the pool heat was definitely off. It’s normal to take a few days to warm up but it actually dropped a degree in temp from our first to last day and we were there a week. Only minor inconveniences though and still a 5 star property. Don’t let this deter you from renting. Truly an incredible house and it was great to only have a few things to do before leaving for once.

Great Family Vacation

The house was amazing for our family vacation. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. Check in and communication with the rental agency was very good. The only negative was the pool heater did not work the day before we arrived. We enjoyed the ping pong table set up outside on the artificial turf, the hot tub and all the outdoor seating. Only thing missing was outdoor speakers for music. Overall, amazing house for a family vacation.

Great property, not properly stocked

While the house has been nicely renovated and it’s clean, it’s not well stocked for the stay. We had minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. We ended up buying all of those things, plus dishwasher and laundry soap, kitchen items etc. We were there for a week and they provided 2 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, no laundry soap etc and when we called property management they would drop off 2 items at a time. The dishwasher also doesn’t work and we ended upHand washing a lot of dishes. Overall it was fine and the property was nice, just was frustrating to have to buy so many basics.

Overall good. The property has some maintenance issues

Refrigerator filter needs replaced, pantry shelve broken, dishwasher shelve needs attention, floor tiles loose by sliding door, backyard pergola & landscaping lighting didn't work...your folks brought a temporary fix with an extension cord. The pool never got above 64 degrees...hard to believe that the heat pump couldn't do better.

Nice place except for neighbors

We stayed in Phoenix to attend our daughter’s baby shower. Upon arrival the house was nice and what we expected. Soon we realized that the place could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty and the bathrooms had no facial tissues. Management responded and brought some later the next day. But the real bummer was the next door neighbor that called management to complain about conversation they heard on the patio after 9:30. Later they complained about too many cars on the street. (We were unloading baby items from my daughter’s car). Bottom line, they caused the stay at the house to be a real disappointment. I have rented many vrbo’s through the years and only once I experienced a similar situation where the neighbors seem to be very upset that there is a rental house in the neighborhood, and they are looking for anything to remove it. I just wanted future renters to know beforehand.
