This property was very well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was in excellent working order. The outdoor pool/recreation area was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about the house! The pool was great, the kids enjoyed the pool table, my husband had fun practicing his putting on the mini golf course. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need, and it was nice to have laundry facilities right there. The location was good for traveling around the Phoenix area as it was close to the major roadways but it was not noisy.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Great location, easy access to airport. 25 min drive to Scottsdale, hiking close by. Pool was amazing- house was stocked w essentials and the grocery/walmart is less than 5 min away. Host was quick to respond, check in was seamless. Would def stay here again!

Excellent stay, second time here

Just a great place to stay and great management. Super quick replies. Beautiful and perfect for.large families with four bedrooms. Pool was at 86 degrees, which was wonderful given that the weather was in the 60s.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.The house is great - has a great yard/pool. There is a covered patio so you can bounce between the shade and the sun while enjoying outside. We have young kids so it was really nice that you can easily see the backyard from the kitchen/living room as well as the patio.Would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. The vrbo was exactly as pictured, very clean and full of amenities. This place is centrally located and basically 15-20 minute ride anywhere, such as airport or downtown Scottsdale. The 2 kings is a rare find and great for adults. We took advantage of the fun amenities such as pool, arcade games and pool table. One of our favorite things was the keurig/water machine. Nice little touches like extra soft blankets, lawn chairs, plenty of towels, new appliances and plenty kitchen supplies. I cannot think of anything that was missed to make our stay comfortable. Well maybe a feather pillow, but I’m a pillow snob and rarely love them while traveling so that might be extra picky.

Great graduation family getaway

The property was perfect for our group with so much to do at the house between games inside and out, we never got bored. It had a great layout with room and space for everyone. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into what guests might need during a stay, as we had anything and everything we needed.

Baseball stay

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The kids had tons to do at the house during the day from pool to Pac-Man to putting to swimming and more. Host was very accommodating with us using the lawn chairs and quick response time for our questions!

Nice home

Lots of space and lovely back yard. It is at the entrance of the neighborhood so a bit noisy in the front bedroom at night. (We live where farm from roads so notice this more than others)Has everything you can imagine in the kitchen and lots of space to relax both inside and outside. Very good about responding to questions or things that come up during the stay. Great place and hosts.

Awesome host and home! Perfect!

We spent five days, here, with our two kids, ages 16 and 20. We loved the swimming pool, pool table, arcade and putting green. Tom and his son were super helpful with the few questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here, again, next year.

Siblings reunion

There are 4 of us. Our parents passed away in the last few years. We always talked about getting together since we are next. Our brother has had a few strokes and we needed a place with no stairs and 4 bedroom and no twin beds. This property was perfect. A single story, 4 bedrooms with big beds, 2 bathrooms and open concept with a pool since the other 3 are from much cooler climate’s. It was perfect. Us 3 girls brought our spouses so there were 7 in total. The location was good. Close to amenities. We would stay there again.

This home in Chandler is perfect!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay with friends and our adult children. Just minutes from Downtown Chandler that has a multitude of restaurants and bars and an easy drive to the airport. The house itself provides all the entertainment you need, great pool table, arcade games, nice pool, fun putting green as well as a ton of other yard games. This ranch has 4 large bedrooms & bathrooms and great open kitchen/living area to enjoy your company!! It’s so clean and the host is easily available for anything you need. We booked it again for our trip out next month before we even left and it’ll be or go to from now on! Great home to go enjoy AZ!!

Everything about this location is POSITIVE. Anything you could need for your stay is already there! Plus it is located close to tons of stores and restaurants. Home is in a nice neighborhood. Parking area has plenty of room in the driveway for 3 full sized cars.Location is clean. Kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook or bbq. Beds are comfortable! Love that the beds are queens and kings. A/C handles the AZ heat like it doesn't exist. Home has enough entertainment opportunities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. Pool table, board games, putting green, pool toys, the list goes on and on.On top of that, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture to just be able to relax and enjoy your stay. Owner was very accommodating and communicated clearly before and at end of trip. If you are looking for a nice carefree stay, this is definitely the home to choose!

Incredible stay!

We could not have asked for more. Communication was incredible. The property had everything we needed and then some. Super clean! The pool was a perfect size, not to big or too small. The yard offered ample room for all the yard toys. We had 5 grandchildren under 11, they asked if we could buy the home. The value was spot on. We saved a ton of money because they all wanted to stay at the property instead of eating out or going to places. They just wanted to spend time together as a family. We will definitely come back to this same property. IF
