Great for a family vacation!

There was a great amount of space and rooms for people to spread out. The pool was great and lots of activities to keep people busy.

Great location near great courses

House was very nice and was in a great location near Grayhawk and other top-notch courses. Pool and backyard were great for hanging out after a couple of rounds of golf.

Everything about the house was great. Something for everyone in my family, grandkids loved the pool and playing in the yard, 86-year old parents enjoyed golfing in the backyard, daughter loved pickle ball, my son and I had fun w/ everything. Location was also great. Close to Salt River Field (go Rockies!), Old Town, and the aquarium. Hope to return next year.

Golf paradise

This immaculate home and property is perfect for large groups, especially multiple guests who prefer king beds. It’s great for golf and cornhole and other outdoor activities, or just relaxing at the pool. It was located in a quiet, convenient location and close to stores like Costco and Walmart. We loved it and highly recommend.

We had an absolute blast splashing, playing golf and grilling in the HUGE back yard of the property. Brian was fantastic and always available via text or phone. 100% will stay here again. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and how close by everything is. Thanks for having us Brian!

My family enjoyed the property. We had the pool heated and that was soooo nice the temperature was perfect! We enjoyed pickleball and mini golf right on the property. Extra effort was made to have everything you would need for a trip away from home.

Awesome place...great location

This 5 bedroom place is super clean with what looks like all brand new furnishings. Its located just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport with easy access to freeways. Great pool and it looks like, a soon to be added backyard pitch and putt course with 9 separate tee boxes. Didn't use the BBQ but it look like a great one...we'll definitely be back!

Spring Break Whole Family Paradise

This was the most relaxing week my family has had in FOREVER! My husband and I brought my parents and niece on vacation with our family. Everyone had their own room- my 17 year old niece even had her own wing! My 21 month old had the time of his life ‘golfing’ and swimming. The greens was a perfect little place to hide Easter Eggs for the holiday. Loved our time and would definitely come back! Thank you Brian!

We selected Scottsdale this year for our annual guys weekend/golf trip; this was our 17th year. This house was conveniently located to the airport (less than 30 min drive) and to some great golf courses as well as a casino. The house was great! The owner has done a wonderful job of making sure everything is there for a great trip. The backyard chipping an putting set up was awesome and the pool was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill set up was on point. We had a great time and plan on returning to Scottsdale for a future trip and would definitely stay here again.

No need to leave the property.

This property has plenty to keep you busy if you just want to relax. The backyard golf course is very entertaining...great for friendly competition!! The pool area is great for enjoying the sun and or diving in. The house is very accommodating and clean. Open kitchen area and living room for visiting. Also great dining table area for a game of dice or cards. Would highly recommend the house...loved every minute of it. AND, if you do want to leave the property, great location for shopping, dining, golfing and whatever else you enjoy.

Great property, terrific owner

We booked this home for a Spring Training stay. Unfortunately, there were no games. The good news is that the house is very conducive to sitting around in the back yard, enjoying the pool, and hanging out. The owner, Brian, was terrific. Great communication, prompt responses, and welcoming. One comment, not a criticism, is that there are five nice sized bedrooms, but three of those bedrooms actually share one bathroom. It was not a problem for us (three couples) but one couple had to "walk down the hall" to the bathroom.

Beautiful property! Needed some attention to details!

It truly is a perfect spot for a family vacation! However, we encountered a few things that needed attention when we arrived. We paid 455 for the pool to be heated for the week. Though they said it was heated to maximum temperature, it was never warm enough to swim. The ping pong table was covered in dirt and debris and they did come out to clean it off. There was an outdoor light on the shed that was out, needed for playing pickle ball in the evening. Again, it was rectified the next day. There were no felt tips on three of the four pool cues. Two of the skillets in the kitchen were not cleaned when we went to use them. That said, the pickle ball court is brand new and sooo nice and the outdoor seating area with the fire pit is lovely. I would highly recommend this place but communicate with the owners about these issues prior to arriving.
