Great use of space

It was a great trip! The home is very large and fit all our needs. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was very convenient. Fenced backyard was great for the dogs and even had a playroom with a ping-pong table which was fun.

Beautiful Place

Stayed with family over Christmas. We all enjoyed our stay and they had everything you could need and more. Only negative were the floors...extremely dirty...like our feet were black after walking around. Other than that I highly recommend!

Perfect for a golf trip

Had 4 guys for a golf trip/WM Open. Plenty of room and nice amenities. Pretty much exactly as advertised. Staff was very helpful with the few questions we had. Would absolutely rent again.

Cooling off

The stay with a pool was a perfect vacation. Swam everyday cause it was in the 100’s. House was comfortable and large. Needs a new landscaper. Lots of dead plants around the pool.

Golf and hiking

House was great and the location in a quiet area with majestic views all around. Hiking trailhead was 50 yards away, and all that we needed for golf and groceries within a 10-15 minute drive.

1st Family Trip

This was a great size vacation home for myself and extended family to stay for a weekend get-away. We love the house and wanted to stay 1 more night but we couldn't. The drive is a bit a ways from the actual city, but you can not beat the clear sunset view and the clear night sky. We will definitely be looking to book another vacation home when we decide to travel again.

Great Getaway Stay near Anthem/Happy Valley AZ

We were here for a Wedding in Anthem and this place was perfect for 3 couples! Very spacious and a open layout. We did not feel cramped and had enough space for all of us to roam around. The spa had an enclosed area and was a nice added feature for hanging out after dinner. The garage had space for all of our cars which was a plus. THANK YOU!

Excellent getaway!

My wife and I stayed here with our 4 kids, and had an incredible time. Plenty of space, the pool was great, VERY responsive property management group. Trails nearby for hiking, amazing view. Just what we were looking for. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Lovely Property with plenty of room!

Beautiful Santa Fe design home backing up to a gorgeous mountain. At this time of year, we didn't use the pool, but it looks very inviting for summertime. The only problem we had was with communication. It seems like several people were involved, but no one could answer our questions. We were bounced from one to another. There was also mis-communication between the Owner and Property management because a Roofer was on the roof making noise for 2 of the 4 days we stayed. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it did to us. We loved the expansive beams, high ceilings, & comfortable bed & furniture.

Beautiful location. Just like the listing pictures. Huge home. Extremely nice accommodations. I highly recommend the Albertsons grocery nearby. There’s also a restaurant called Roadrunner where you can watch live bull riding on Thursday and Saturday which was fun. I would suggest having the pool heated because even though the AZ heat had consistently been in the mid 90’s the water was still cold. The only other thing I would point out is that access to one room is via another (it’s pictured with the glass French doors) which wasn’t a factor for us since we were a family, but could be an issue if multiple couples were renting.
