Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances and an open-concept design that flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas. Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

Security: For your safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a floodlight camera above the garage, both monitoring the exterior of the property. Additionally, we have noise monitors on the property to measure decibel levels and ensure no parties. These do not record any audio—just monitor noise levels.
Pool Heat: If you choose to heat the pool, it will be set to a comfortable 80°F. The minimum requirement for heating is for the full duration of your stay. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at our property!
-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.
-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.
-Send us a photo of your pet
-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.
Parking: Up to 4 cars can park on the property.
Late Checkout: A late checkout fee of $150 applies if you stay more than 30 minutes past the agreed checkout time.
City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, so please be sure to follow local rules and regulations.
Maintenance: Landscaping and pool maintenance are scheduled 1-2 times per week, but we cannot guarantee the exact timing of their visits.
Guest Requirements: For a smooth check-in process, we ask that you submit a photo ID and sign the guest agreement before arrival.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy
Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
