Great location in Scottsdale!

We were in town for a wedding. Pool was an A+, having a pool table was fun too. The kitchen was lovely. Having washer & dryer available was also helpful. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Girls Trip

This home served the purpose, it was equipped well enough for the 5 of us. That being said, if there were 6 or more then I would have found some of the amenities lacking such as seating room in the living room and the table only seating 6 people. Ample seating outdoors.

House was convenient and perfect for our needs

This house was perfect for my family’s needs. We were in town for a family reunion and the house was located centrally for all events. The pool was perfect and we swam everyday. The children loved it and with 3 non swimmers under 2, we were grateful to have the pool fenced. There were plenty of beds for 6adults and 6 children to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and we were thankful to have extra supply of paper towels , dish soap and laundry soap pods .The house was spotless and had modern updates.

Plenty of beds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of beds and sleeping space. The pool table and dart board kept us occupied for HOURS. We didn't use the hot tub or pool but that was mostly because we forgot to bring bathing suits, but both were clean and welcoming. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We did end up having to wash towels because we ran out in about 2 days with 9 people, but there is a washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent, so it was never really a problem. The wine chiller was also put to good use. I will say if you bring a device to use on the TV, make sure to bring your own hdmi cables. We didn't see one anywhere in the house, but I imagine they're hard to keep because they probably get stolen. Overall my entire family was pleased with the location and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a wkd family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was generally clean inside, due to high winds the pool was not as clean and a fence in the back had blown over. However the rooms amenities were great and we would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great venue for a family getaway.

Nice place. Clean. There were some minor maintenance things that could be addressed. Check in and out were very easy. My only complaint is that fees to heat pool were not clear.

Good stay

Good location and house, the only issue is that the ventilation and air system needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of dusts in the vents and could cause issues as some of us had allergies.

Great location, great house

We really enjoyed the property which was centrally located and allowed for easy commuting to all areas of the city. The only issues we had were the neighbor’s dog would stop barking at our family which was an annoyance, the showers had issues with water pressure and the back rooms had issues circulating air like the rest of the house. We could live with those issues however they were small concerns in the pig picture.

Pictures did not show the true nature of the house

Hot tub was removed without telling us. Vecasa who run the house only puts 2 toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to but more. Cooking utensils and sheets were not stocked. Hot water stopped working with 2 days left. House is run down. Do not recommend staying here

Fun place - not super clean, not great communication

The house was super fun and fit everyone that it needed to. The pool was super fun! The location was great. Communication was terrible - I sometimes had to wait multiple days to hear back on things. Also the hot tub was disgusting and there were bugs in the master bathroom. we were also traveling in from out of town and our flight landed at 7 AM but check out and wasn’t until 4 PM and they were not accommodating at all to let us store our bags anywhere. We ended up paying $100 to store them for a few hours at a hotel so we didn’t have to lug them around town all day

Easy check in/check out. Clean, except for live bug in knife drawer. Great pool and hot tub. Location was questionable. Comfortable beds and nice to have washer/dryer.

Overall a very nice stay

We really enjoyed our time in Arizona and this home had it all. The kids loved the pool table, private pool, hot tub and the lemon tree in the backyard. The house had plenty of towels and it really helped that they provided more than enough wash pods to get all the towels clean. The house was super clean, however, it would be nice if they kept a broom somewhere accessible to the residents. The pool was very clean but definitely not heated like the description mentioned. It was freezing the entire time. But from 1pm on the sun warmed it up some. The Hot Tub would have been nice but it really needed to be cleaned. I couldn't get over the smell and there was a ring of dirt around the edges, so we didn't utilize that feature. Besides these few hiccups, the house was great and had plenty of accommodations. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Great Staycation

Great location to have a staycation with your family. Neighborhood was great and it was quiet. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was great and had a deep and was well maintained. Great place to have a staycation with the family. Would stay here again.

Excellent vacation rental.

Great Family place

We had a great time at this house. It had everything we need to relax and reconnect. The kids loved the bunk room. The pool and hot tub were well used as well as the pool table. It is close to everything you need for restaurants and entertainment. I highly, highly recommend the Music Instrument Museum, just 20 min or so away. It was excellent. We talked about it for days! I gave the house an overall 4 stars. While it met all of our needs with amenities, we had just a few minor issues. The bedrooms do not cool down with the doors closed. We just slept with the doors open. And the water pressure in the ensuite is low. And the towel bar in the bathroom falls off the wall. Overall we had a great stay with lots of laughs and a relaxing vacation. Thanks!
