Beautiful and spacious home

This house is beautiful, very spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained, just as pictured. We were visiting family in the area and this was a perfect place to gather for a meal and hang out together, inside and out. Some had do to some work remotely, the WiFi worked great too. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!

We could not have picked a better place to stay. This house had everything you could need. Very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. We spent most of our time by the pool. Loved the palm trees. Communication with the host was superb- responded immediately and we were even able to check in a few hours early. Highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Had a great time in Glendale. Saw a Cardinals game and one of the world series games. Shopping and golf topped it off and had a very nice place to stay.

Something for everyone!!!!!

Wonderful, spacious, clean, well stocked home. Loved the extras like the pool table and putting green. We would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips. Managers responded promptly with any of our questions or concerns. Highly recommend this home.

Spring vacation

We all had a great time. The house was perfect for the six of us. Very clean and everything you could ever need is there to be used. The ice maker was a great extra. Went to some spring training games ate at some deliciou restaurants.

Good Location

Great house with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood far enough away from the city to get away from the hustle but still close enough to enjoy Phoenix. We didn’t fully realize how cold the pool would be since it is not heated and that was the only item that would deter us from renting again. If you don’t plan to use the pool when you are renting during the winter months it’s a great place to stay.

Comforting home

My sisters and I needed a place to stay to move our mom out of her home and relocate back to IL. After a long hard day packing it was nice to take a nice shower and relax in the home. Wish the pool was heated and the fountain wasn’t broken needed an escape at the end of the day. There were a few things that need to be addressed but overall a good stay.

Great multi family home

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. We came for my son’s wedding and it was the perfect place to stay for our family. Overall our stay was 5 star. Our other son and his family came from Tennessee and our daughter and her family came from California. It was large enough for everyone. The separate sitting room was great when we wanted to read or play a quiet game. The open concept for the kitchen, dining, and family room was large enough for everyone to have space and fun. The yard and pool were great too. Altogether it was a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place in the area. Thank you!

Baseball Vacation in the Sun

The house was in excellent condition. All the amenities were new and provided the opportunity to cook and do laundry with high-quality results. Although the pool temperature was too cold, we enjoyed sitting outside on the furniture and practicing our putting. The layout of the house was perfect to allow one couple to live upstairs, and the other couple had the same amenities on the ground floor. We are hoping our son team is invited next year, as we would definitely want to stay at this property.

Wonderful house!

This property is very nice and very roomy, the kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy cooking! The items provided for our stay, I.e. paper towels, TP, dish, laundry, body, hand soap, etc were perfect for our 6 night stay! Very nice walkable neighborhood and house location is perfect, tons of stuff near by and easy access to 101! Nice size and well cared for pool and plenty of outdoor furniture! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only recommendation is to provide a spice rack and salt and pepper shaker and a few items like olive oil, pam, and maybe worcheshire and soy sauce, stuff “cookers” use often! Also the queen beds in the 3 guest bedrooms looked more like double beds but measured as queen, I think we’re more accustomed to California queens! Again thank you, we had a blast! 🥰 Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

Wonderful home!

We have loved our time in our Glendale home! We gathered with family for graduation and had a wonderful time. The house accommodated our friends and family for our celebration. The gourmet kitchen and large TVs were appreciated. The house is upscale, the backyard with a lovely pool is beautiful!
