Perfect House with pool

We loved everything about this place. Lots of space bedrooms had plenty of room especially the Master bedroom. Pool was fun. We will be back to stay again.

Could of been a 5 star stay

The house looked like a dream beautiful setup, awesome location, and the pool was definitely the star of the show. But unfortunately, that’s where the good times ended.We paid top dollar expecting a luxury stay, but couldn’t even use the master bedroom because the AC was completely broken. It was literally 90 degrees in there when we arrived like walking into a sauna you didn’t ask for. We reached out to the host who said they’d send someone to fix it… but shocker, no one ever showed up. And getting a response from the host? Let’s just say smoke signals might’ve been faster.On top of that, the place wasn’t exactly sparkling clean. Crumbs on the counter, dog hair and leftover snacks all over the couch it felt more “someone just left” than “welcome to your vacation.”Overall, the house and pool had major potential, but the broken AC, poor communication, and lack of cleanliness made it feel like we were paying for a five-star stay and getting a three-star experience at best. Do better, please.
