Welcome to our private escape in North East Mesa! Located right near the 202 for easy access to all local amenities, this beautifully-updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the breathtaking backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, fire pit area, putting green, shuffleboard court, and more. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from a local park to go enjoy the outdoors. The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout.
This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our business line is available between 7am-7pm every day, and we are also available for emergencies only 24/7.

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
There is an exterior Ring doorbell camera that runs 24/365.
