Great stay for pre-wedding getaway!

Three of us stayed at the property for a nice weekend getaway prior to my SIL's upcoming wedding. The property was even nicer than expected. It was stocked with everything we needed and so many nice extras. Communication with the property owners/manager was easy with immediate responses.We were a leisurely walk or a very short Uber ride from Old Towne. An especially nice surprise was how nice and helpful the other residents at the complex were, We enjoyed talking to many of them.I would definitely stay again!

Very Disappointing Property

The good:They gave me an early check-inSuper was nice and helpful Stocked well with snacksThe badFor the high price, I expected something much nicerBurnt out light bulbs in 4 rooms including the walk-in closet.Duct taped water spicket in kitchenVery dirty bathroom fan. DisgustingCracked, broken up tiles in dining roomChipped paint on lots of woodworkPatched and dirty spots on the wallsThe fan in the living room would not change speedsAC was almost non-existent. Had it set at 67, and would not get below 75Duct taped door knobSticking bathroom door and all hacked up at the bottomBathroom mirror light not workingSketchy area. Homeless people camped out every night on the street.Dirty floors and edges of walls.I'd stay elsewhere. A motel would be better.

A wonderful vacation

The stars above should say it all. Great Location; restaurants across the street; Giant stadium ( Scottsdale ) close; Tempe 8 minute drive… shopping was awesome as well as a few restaurants we tried ( never had a bad meal ) perhaps “ same time next year.”

Review of Condo

We really enjoyed the stay, it is walkable to everything you would need. I would say that the owners need to upgrade the couch. It was comfortable but worn. Bathrooms and floors were very clean. The complex was very quiet. Overall very comfy.

Great location

The location was great, as was communication with owner and property manager. East to get in and out with keyless entry. We loved having the two bedrooms and bathrooms. I think the condo could have been cleaner; rugs were dark with dirt and the bottoms of our socks were dark with dirt from the tile floor. Other than that, a terrific stay.

Great Stay!

My family and I came into town to see my new grandchild. I stayed a week longer and everything about the place was great. Nice amenities and roomy place for having guests visit. Would highly recommend.

Great place in a great location

This property was the perfect stay for our trip to Scottsdale! The place was clean and beds were comfortable. My friend and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and liked that we were so close to everything! We even got a massage across the street which was wonderful! Overall great stay at a great price. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would come back in a heartbeat.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
