Resort Stlye Home with Heated Pool, Spa, and Putting Green

Welcome to this beautiful resort-style home located in Chandler. This home offers 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths, with a backyard oasis complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and putting green. This home is close to hiking, golf courses, airports, and sports complexes.

All guests over the age of 18 will need to clear through the National Sex Offender Registry. When booking please state in message platform: Full Name, City/Town and Zip Code of guest who will be staying on the property. Background checks will be done within 24hrs of booking.

Guests are not allowed to receive mail at the property. We do not have access to the mailbox, and we are not responsible for any packages. If guests are staying for extended amount of time, it’s the guest responsibility to purchase a PO BOX at a nearby UPS, FEDEX or Post office.



Guests must request to have the pool and spa heated at the time of reservation and it will be additional $100 per day to heat pool, $25 for Spa per day.

Guests must notify host to heat spa 1 hour prior to use.
Guests must notify host to heat pool at the time of booking or no later than 48hrs before check in.

*** The Pool and Spa does not have the ability to be heated at the same time. The spa is normally heated in the evening and pool during the day. We also do not issue refunds due to weather.***

Booking guests MUST HAVE 5-star reviews to book the home. We will not book to anyone who does not have any reviews. The person booking MUST be the one staying on the property. We also require a profile picture of the booking guest. All guests must be approved by the host prior to visiting and are not allowed to stay.

We do have an age requirement to book: You must be 30 unless otherwise approved. If you do not meet the age requirement your booking will be canceled immediately without refund.

We're a no smoking home which includes but not limited to e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $200 fee if this house rule is broken and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

We're a pet free home. There will be a $200 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home and immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. This includes service animals of any kind. NO exceptions will made.

We do not allow any parties of any kind. There will be a $1,000 fee if this house rule is broken plus additional $500 per person who is not on the reservation AND immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
