This home looks beautiful from the outside and in. The views are spectacular from the home. Plenty of space to spread out, as every room had a king-size bed with its own bathroom.The decor inside and out was nice, and the furniture was in good shape. The TV in master bedroom didn't work.We did express to the management company (who were responsive) the issues about the home upon arrival. We had been made aware that a window pane on the outside of the office had been broken by another guest. We noticed tears in screens, broken shelves in one of the two refrigerators, and one of the two refrigerators didn't appear to be cold. One of the two dishwashers appears to be broken, too. The master shower looked clean, but there were bobby pins left on the shower floor.The kitchen is lacking appliances you may find in other types of homes, along with not enough plates to not have to rewash if you are a large group. We had to request more towels, which were supplied to us the next day.The biggest issue was the condition of the pool. We were so glad that we didn't pay the extra 100 a night to have it and the hot tub heated. We noticed it was dirty on the bottom and not very clear. The pool & spa could use some TLC. Mgmt company said the pool company would come out, but they showed up the afternoon before we left. Would stay there again, but hope they get these issues taken care of. For a luxury home, it was disappointing to have issues.

Room for Improvements

Unfortunately our paid option requesting for the pool and spa to be heated upon our arrival failed. This was very upsetting to our group as we lost our first evening of the intended pool activities.Another disappointment was one of the beds in a guest bedroom was not properly supported in the center. This negatively impacted the restful sleep of 2 of our guests.Surprisingly for this level of luxury home, the standards were below pair. The following examples were observed;-Empty soap dispensers in multiple bathrooms-Loose toilet seat in office bathroom-Splatters on bathroom mirrors-Many burnt out or missing light bulbs in fixtures-No hand towels in guest bathroom-The amount of bath towels was insufficient-The Casita front door did not shut properly-The kitchenware was insufficient for 8 people-Pool level was 10-12" low and not sparkling cleanWe express these concerns in hopes your future guests can have a better experience in which this luxury home has the potential to offer.

Peaceful Retreat with Great Views

The house had such a peaceful outdoor area to relax and spend time with family. It was quiet with beautiful mountain views. There was plenty of locations for morning walks, with hills or no hills, depending on what you want. The house was very spacious and allow everyone to have some room to relax when needed. The kitchen was big and allowed for great family meals. Very nice location and overall a great time for a family getaway!! The host was very responsive for check in and checkout, as well as checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Beyond What We Imagined

Everything was perfect! An amazing place that was very clean and top notch. I arranged this for my wife and her two sisters along with three husbands. The six of us stayed for 5 days and we enjoyed every minute. We only left the house one time for groceries. It had everything. Thank You So Much! We will be back!!!

Mother/Daughter Get Away

My 3 daughters and I stayed at Hacienda Romantica and it was gorgeous. We were treated to upscale luxury in a beautiful house - clean and very comfortable. Private even though in a neighborhood. Host is very responsive and accommodating. You'll love it too !

Memorial Weekend in Phoenix

This house was amazing. Friends and I traveled to the Phoenix area for a long weekend of golf and were able to secure this property for our stay. The house was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The host communicated very well even allowing us to check in earlier than expected. This place is a must whenever you travel into the Phoenix area, I will stay here again for sure!

Incredible Stay!!!

The house, pool, and property are all amazing. Photos are very representative of the property's current condition. My family had a great time. The property is isolated from the neighbors, so there was little to no noise during our stay. GemHaus, the property manager, did a great job ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The pool/spa is controlled via an iPad they leave at the house and can also be controlled remotely by GemHaus. I recommend texting them the day before you arrive to ensure the pool and spa are at your desired temperatures. Enjoy!

Stunning property

The home is lovely. So many extras. As my granddaughters said, the master suite is a castle. The outdoor space is what we really enjoyed. Just spectacular. We love Cave Creek. Perfect location for us.

Everything from the check-in process to the cleanliness to the physical property was first rate. Location is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for a romantic getaway and peaceful time. Wish I had planned to cook as the kitchen is really nice. I would love to return again in the future. Really wish I had more time on this stay.

Great Place

3 of us fhad a short stay in the area. 3 bedrooms with king beds and ensuites was perfect! Everyone had their own space to retreat to! The place would be great for multiple couples to stay.
