Hosts were warm and welcoming and answered any issue very quickly. Our family came out to celebrate double birthdays and we were so happy to be together in one place. The outdoor space was lots of fun. All the seven bedrooms (and varieties of bed configurations) gave us opportunities to have sleepovers. The whole place was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Great time.

We were a large group of 14 people, this house had more than enough room for all of us along with 2 large areas in the house to hang out. The backyard was spacious, the pool and spa were wonderful and heated up well. Kitchen is very well stocked. Hosts were welcoming, communicative and great to work with! Highly recommend this house!

Good communication, lots of thoughtful extras stocked in the home like spices in the kitchen, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers, cotton rounds, q-tips, and even soaking salts. The home was very clean, even up to my husband's very high standards. The pool and spa are very nice, enjoyed by all. Plenty of room, lots of seating for large groups. GREAT location in Scottsdale - we felt very safe and loved how close we were to trendy shopping spots. Thank you!

The pool was well-used as was the pool table! We especially appreciated the table that sat 12 people. With this many bedrooms it was nice to be able to seat everyone.

Wonderful experience

We had a family vacation at this property and the house was beautiful, clean, in a great area, had all the amenities that we needed and the host was extremely kind and responsive. We had a group of 11 with 3 younger children and there was plenty of room and activities at the house. The hot tub comfortably seats 5-6 adults, the pool was a great depth with a shallow end and a deeper end with a bench along the whole side that is near the hot tub.

Great for Families!

This house worked great for us. The host replied quickly to all inquiries. Pool\spa heat is added expense. Pool controls were difficult but that could be user error.

Family vacation

The property was in a great location as everything our family did was within 20 Minutes. There was a great play park within walking distance the house was very roomy. Our family really enjoyed the hot tu. They also played many games in the backyard and played catch.

Communication was great with owners. The home had all we needed to house 3 families and close to restaurants, shopping & all you need! We had a great stay.

Our vacation

Yes we were all women 67 and over. Have been friends, some of since kindergarten but all from grade school and neighborhood. The home was a perfect size for all of us especially with all the bathrooms!! It was very comfortable. The only complaint was managing the pool and hot tub. Luckily one of us was a tech. Also we wanted to use the pool and hot tub simultaneously. Also the hot tub only had 1 jet. Didn’t love having the vacuum running while we were in the pool. Also the bathroom downstairs should have a bar in the tub or out of it. At our age we worry about falling. These comments are only to help you going forward. We had a great time there and the price was good to split 11 ways. Would definitely love to come back!! Thank you!!

Family in Town

I had a lot family in town for my mother’s Memorial Service and the accommodations and location of the property worked perfectly. The property was nice and had a well equipped kitchen. The only complaint was the fact the pool wasn’t working, so no swimming. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant. All in all a pleasant stay.

Wonderful family retreat

We came to Arizona to spend time with my 92 year old mom so she could enjoy her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Location was perfect. Kids loved the added pool table.

Warm Retreat

Large, well appointed house that worked well for our adult party of seven. Comfortable beds, nicely outfitted kitchen, clean pool/spa, nice quiet neighborhood, and ample indoor and outdoor areas for the group to enjoy time together. The owners were very responsive to our communications and any issues were resolved quickly. Lots to like here!
