Spring vacation

Excellent Location!

This was a great stay for our 2 week vacation in the Phoenix area. Neighborhood perfect for walking, safe, and quiet. Location was just right to explore, check out spring baseball, and hike. Kitchen had everything that we needed and the king sized bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location

The condo is attractive, well appointed, and in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. It’s a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, services and has easy access to major freeways. It was a convenient location for our extended stay.

Two weeks in Moon Valley

Everything was wonderful. Everything you need is here, shopping and restaurants are very close by and easy to navigate. Neighborhood is very quiet. Everyone was friendly that we met. Family friendly park is only few blocks away. Loved it and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Every thing you require for a lovely holiday

The Moon Valley vacation rental was very comfortable for the two of us and a short visit of two of our friends. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and so many thoughtful extras included so that you did not have to worry about buying soap, garbage bags and other included necessities. The beds were comfortable and there is a pool adjacent to the rental which also has a hot tub. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovered some lovely restaurants and walks. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

"A Perfect Home Base During Our Transition to Arizona"My mother and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Darcy's beautiful condo in the Moon Valley area! As we relocated from California to Arizona, her property provided the perfect temporary home while we searched for our permanent residence.Darcy was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout our stay. When we needed to extend our reservation, she graciously worked with us to make it happen, even during the busy Thanksgiving holiday. Great Location!

Darcy’s place was perfect! We need a place to stay with our kitty cat while we mi ed into our new home and her place had everything we needed. Great location and close to everything including grocery stores, places to go out, and gym. We used the pool a few times as well which was nice being right outside the front door. We stayed two weeks and had great communication with Darcy if we needed anything.

Great Stay

Condo was perfect for us! Communication was prompt and great. We stayed nearly a month and had a great time. Kitchen is well equipped. Not far from a large park, which provided daily walks. Loved the patio area. Neighborhood felt very safe. Phoenix is a large city so it does take some driving to get to hikes and activities.

Mayo Clinic stay

This was a great place. Well furnished with all of the appliances we could want. Pool and hot tub were great. Very prompt when we had a minor problem with the garbage disposal. My wife accidentally left some jewelry and Feather mailed it to us the next day. Thanks. Will stay here again when we visit the Mayo Clinic.

Great spot!

Everything was as advertised. For active travellers, there are some great mountain hikes within 5 min; the wash path is close by to access for walks and biking; and walks in the neighbourhood were great too. All the shopping you need is within 5 min. The property is well stocked for all your cooking needs and is nicely updated. It’s a safe and quiet area, the most noise was the rain hitting the patio on a couple of our nights stay! The pool was quiet and peaceful for lazy days. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. Great spot!

Perfect Moon Valley stay

We enjoyed our winter getaway in this beautiful Moon Valley community for 6 weeks January February 2024. The development and surrounding neighborhood is friendly, quiet and we always felt safe. Owner communication is welcoming and friendly with very quick replies to our questions. Location is truly central with easy access to all “the best” of things to see and do. My favorite hike was North Mtn just a couple miles away. The condo, all on one level, is beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything to make us feel at home. Best yet, the pool and hot tub just 25 steps out the front door. Looking forward to more sunny visits next year! Thanks for making our first winter getaway special.

Quiet neighborhood

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood, we enjoyed daily walks. There is even a little coffee shop within walking distance! Also the condo is next to the pool, convenient for the days it was warm enough to spend time in the sun.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to lots of hiking trails. We went on 3 diffferent trails that were easy, but there are many challenging trails also. If you enjoy brisket, I recommend “Little Ms BBQ” for a brisket sandwich.

Everything was good except the Tv in living needs to be a Roku or smart TV the cable is awful nothing but reruns over and over. Other than that everything was fine.

Wonderful Property and Stay

My family stayed at this property for a month and the property was everything and more than expected. Darcy was very kind and willing to accommodate us on short notice as we had to find a property quickly after suffering from a house fire. My family of 4 felt very comfortable in this beautifully renovated town-home. The neighborhood was very welcoming and my daughter made many friends instantly. Darcy has her kitchen stocked with every essential and more, I was particularly excited to see she had a coffee bean grinder in the pantry! I'd recommend this property to any small group or family. Thank you Darcy, you made a big impact with your hospitality in our lives during a very difficult time.

Best condo close to everyting!

Darcy was amazing! Property is so comfortable and close to everything. We were here for my sons baseball tournaments. The pool was very refreshing and right next door to the unit. Pool towels and plastic glasses readily available. The beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped. What else can you ask for a stay in Phoenix. Close to hiking trails we’ll visit Nrxt time given it was so warm. Stores very close for groceries and shopping Starbucks etc. perfect! Thanks Darcy, we’ll be back soon.

Perfect for our Parents

We rented this property for my parents who were visiting from PA. It's just a few blocks from our home so the location was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, the condo was clean, beautiful and had everything they needed. Being next to the pool was a big bonus! The owners were very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely rent again the next time we have family coming into town.
