Communication with host was quick and easy. If you are a family with smaller kids, it will accommodate 10 people. For our group of 10 mature women, we were lucky that we were only 8 people. The bunkbed room would technically fit 4 people, but they will have to climb all over each other. The ladder towards the window and the dresser make maneuvering rather challenging. We never pulled out the sleeper couch. So I can't speak for the inflatable practicality. We couldn't find the necessary bedding for the couch, though. Just putting this out here to avoid future issues for other renters. You can easily sleep 8. If you brought an air mattress, you could place that in the master bedroom.
