Best Suited for Families

The backyard is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Quick drive to Old Town in a safe neighborhood. All that being said, this house is advertised as if it would be great for groups, but I would say it’s best for families or groups that plan on being inside and quiet. We had a fairly tame group of late 20’s-early 30s adults in the backyard and received multiple messages from the host regarding noise complaints 3.5 hours before quiet hours. Check-in and check-out was not communicated until I asked. Hot tub did not work and host was unwilling to assist. This was a feature of the house that we wanted when we booked. We also had hopes of grilling out for dinner. The grill was so dirty that a grease fire started upon ignition. Kitchen was not adequately equipped for a house advertised for a group of this size. The front window was broken and unable to be locked. Balls of hair and dust were found around the house. Cleanliness was questionable at best. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broken. Had a great trip despite the house. If you want a host that cares about your overall experience, I’d stay elsewhere.
