Property was wonderful! Close to downtown Scottsdale and lots to do! House was clean and well maintained. Backyard was awesome! Pool , putting green and fire pit kept us entertained. Property has fruit trees are property was so nice to have fresh fruit every morning! Host was very responsive and called to Check in on us to make sure our needs were met! Def will return if in Scottsdale again!

Great Place for Families

Great place for the family to visit and make memories. Communication was a little ruff to start off but once the kinks were solved it went smoothly. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Phoenix area.

Thank you for a great stay - house was exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable for a family of 5 with plenty of room to move about. We had the pool heated and it was perfect for a quick dip in 70 degree weather. Response time from management co was always quick and helpful.

Amazing stay for graduation trip

We found this gem while searching for a place to stay while we were here for ASU graduation. Everything was exactly as shown and in person, this property is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. Proximity to highway made everything easily accessible. If I could give greater than 5 stars I would as this property far exceeds expectations!! Communication about the process was phenomenal, they really know how to make you feel at home!!

Girls trip

We thought the property was great , it was clean , very sufficient , close to everything that we needed. The property managers responded great when we were out of propane for the fire pit everything was really great. One exception the twin beds were kind of iffy. Meaning they weren’t real comfortable. We loved that everybody left some extra stuff for us as we did for the next people coming in the last day. We had issues with the washer, but they responded and I’m sure got it fixed after we left

Perfect Gal Pal place to stay!

6 gal pals from different states met up for our 50th reunion of friendship. What a great home to stay in! The layout inside and out was perfect. The house was decorated beautifully, stocked well, clean, and provided everything we needed to make it a joyful time. Old Scottsdale was a few miles away. We had so much fun..... Morning coffee outside at the big table, lots of laughs around the pool, night caps around the fire pit, rented a pontoon on Saguaro Lake for the day and went to a show at the casino. We all LOVED the house! I live in Chicago and may rent it again for a family adventure.

A Lot for Your Money

This is such a unique property..expansive front, back and side yard, (it is on extremely busy road but home is set back quite a ways and the noise really did not bother us). We popped for heating the pool, so enjoyed it, and it is a decent sized pool for a single house. Back patio is very nice for hanging out, eating outdoors, happy hour etc. It overlooks public golf course but still felt private enough to enjoy. Well-stocked. Walkable to some restaurants. I would give five stars (I’m going to say it is 4 and 1/2), but the home, while spacious, is somewhat dated and could use some easy sprucing up. Also, I have an issue with all rentals that don’t use washable duvets on their beds (I take my own when I can). However, if that doesn’t bother you this is a pretty good deal considering the location, the large lot, the pool, the bedrooms with a variety of beds/bunk and baths. We were pleasantly surprised with what it offers for the price!

Some wear and tear as expected. Location was FANTASTIC. Sits on main road and you can hear traffic when outside but not disturbing. Would have loved to spend more time and took advantage of pool. Only things that were kind of disturbing is the text and emails during stay. I'm okay with the initial "welcome, hope you arrived and please contact us". I would have preferred all the additional rules and expectations before. Contract had some but not all. The one thing that would have changed my mind if I would have known about the regulations that were requested on the AC use. Turning up to 84 if your gone 6 hours or more, not turning if below a certain temperature as to not cause the AC to freeze. Its increasing its risk if its 84 degrees on arrival and i'm trying to cool even to 74. Please note sleep is better obtained if you sleep in a cool and dark environment in which the temp is 68 degrees or below. It never cooled till early am and that is with ceiling fan and two personal fans in use. Would I stay again? Yes in the cooler months
