  • Spend your days hiking, mountain biking, or golfing - this modern getaway puts you in a prime locale for outdoor adventure. You will be located near State Farm Stadium and less than a half-mile away from Encanto Park, which offers a golf course, a children's amusement park, paddle boats, and endless fun no matter your age! Start your morning with coffee in the spacious enclosed backyard. In the afternoons, sizzle your favorite recipes on the gas grill for a cookout. The outdoor dining table accommodates six guests.

    Adorned with Southwest-inspired decor, the interior of the home offers a charming space to unwind. Cozy up with a good book in the living room, or watch your favorite shows on the TV. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table - followed by a board game night with the whole family.

Well equipped house with a great outdoor area

We really appreciated how well equipped the house was. From the blender for smoothies, plastic containers for leftovers to a pack-n-play for our grand daughter. Also really enjoyed the backyard patio - many chairs and tables.

Tastefully renovated and decorated 3 bedroom bungalow with great back yard

We really enjoyed this home for a week long family holiday to Arizona. The entire house is recently renovated with quality materials and appliances. The furnishings are very well done with comfortable beds, couches and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with recent appliances and coffee for the coffee maker. Two bathrooms, with a full laundry, and a large back yard with comfortable patio and outdoor furniture. A real gem!

Location was spot on for the events to visited and restaurants. Beds so comfortable. Beautiful backyard for drinking and just relaxing. Only down fall was when checking out was sent at 8:07am. So unfortunately we did not get the the check out instructions to remove the beds sheets. Because we left at 6:00 am. This check out text message should have been sent the night before.

Be aware this house is near running loud trains.

Upon check in time, cleaners were still at the house. We had to wait for them to leave. Thermostat wasn’t working - we had to put batteries in it There were no lightbulbs in the lamps -we had to find lightbulbs -sent pictures The lawn and weeds were not maintained. My young son found a rusty razor blade and broken glass in the yard. There was trash in the yard. The ceiling fan and light did not work. We reached out but no one responded. Bathroom showers and shower curtain were dirty, along with dirty fingerprints on walls,mirrors, and doors. Sent pictures. I was told someone would come out to reclean, but no one did. Very loud train noise all day and night. Pros- This house was close to the people that we were visiting and well stocked.
