Welcome to our Resort-Style Private Home! This beautiful 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home has a total of 3 King & 5 Queen size beds, comfortably accommodating 16 people. It’s located in one of North Scottsdale’s most sought after neighborhoods offering peace and privacy while being close to Scottsdale’s best attractions: 5 Star Dining, shopping, resorts, Golf, The WM PHX Open, & Old Town Scottsdale.

Each bedroom in our home was thoughtfully designed for your comfort.
- The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious King bed, Two Nightstands equipped w/ Lamps and Charging Stations, A Fireplace, 72” Smart TV, a Sitting Area, a Custom Walk-In Closet w/ two built-In Dressers & lots of hanging space (Hangers included), En-Suite Bathroom, & Private access to the Backyard Oasis.
- BEDROOM 2 has a Queen bed, A Nightstand w/ a built in Charging Station & a lamp, Dresser & Mirror, Smart TV, Full Length Mirror, Black-Out Curtains, & a Walk-In Closet that we keep stocked w/ hangers, an extra blanket, & pillow.
- BEDROOM 3 has a Full Size (Top & Bottom) Bunk Bed, Two Nightstands with lamps, Dresser, Smart TV, Full Length Mirror, Black-Out Curtains, and a closet that we keep stocked w/ hangers, an extra blanket, & pillow.
- BEDROOM 4 (Located on the other side of the house) has Two Queen size Beds, A Nightstand w/ a Lamp & Charging Station, Dresser & Mirror, A Smart TV, Full Length Mirror, A remote for the Ceiling Fan, and a Walk-In Closet that we keep stocked w/ hangers, an extra blanket, & pillow.
- BEDROOM 5 has a King size Bed, Two Nightstands equipped w/ Lamps & Charging Stations, Dresser, Built In Vanity/Desk, a Smart TV, A remote for the Ceiling Fan, & a Walk-In Closet that we keep stocked w/ hangers, an extra blanket, and pillow.
- BEDROOM 6 (Second Master Bedroom) is located upstairs and has a King Size Bed, Two Nightstands w/ Lamps, Dresser, 72” Smart TV, Full Length Mirror, Sitting Area, A Kitchenette w/ Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, & all of the necessities. There’s also a Walk-In Closet, an En-Suite Bathroom, & a private entrance to the Balcony & Outdoor Seating.

Each bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer—offering the comforts of a hotel while feeling like home.
-The MASTER EN-SUITE features a large vanity with dual sinks, a whirlpool bathtub, a Floor-To-Ceiling custom tiled Walk-In Shower that has two 8-jet shower panel on either side and two rain shower heads overhead, and a toilet enclosed for privacy.
-BATHROOM 2 is a Common Bathroom with a single sink vanity and a custom tiled shower/bathtub combo.
-BATHROOM 3 has a single sink vanity and a Floor-To-Ceiling custom tiled Walk-In Shower. It also has dual access from the hallway and from the private entrance in Bedroom 5.
-BATHROOM 4 is the private bathroom located upstairs In Bedroom 6. It has a single sink vanity w/ mirror and custom tiled shower/bathtub combo.

Stoneridge Estates is located in a quiet residential area, offering peace and privacy while being close to Scottsdale’s best attractions. You’ll be minutes away from:

Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay!
-We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.
-The Fee to heat the pool is $35 per day and must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

Security Cameras:
-We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at the sides of the house facing the driveway and Street. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the backyard.

Guest access
-The home uses an electronic Keypad for entry. The code and instructions will be provided before your arrival. Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked RV Garage).
-You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.

STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2,000 fine.
