Newly remodeled beautiful single-level house in North Scottsdale, 2 minutes from highway 101, 3 miles from TPC&WestWorld, and 5 miles from Scottsdale Quarters and Kierland Commons shops, bars, and restaurants. Large family room with an electric fireplace, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Floor tiles throughout (no carpets!), 2 new bathrooms, master bathroom with a roman-tub and a walk-in shower with 2 shower-heads. Play the 9ft shuffleboard and foosball tables, cook in the BBQ or relax in the 6 seats premium hot-tub or play basketball, soccer, rackets, corn-hole and pickle-ball in our basketball court in the large fenced backyard. Smokeless fire pit and bistro table and chairs in the master bedroom’s private patio. Free live TV, free Hulu and 250Mbps COX Wi-Fi. Washer/dryer, babies' amenities, and children's books and board games. 2 car-garage and RV gate. Close to groceries, shopping, dining, and walking distance to Thunderbird Park playground and tennis courts.

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had such a comfortable, welcoming feel—spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up for both relaxation and fun. The kitchen was a highlight and made it easy to enjoy meals at home, and the layout offered plenty of room to spread out without ever feeling disconnected.The outdoor area was perfect for gathering or unwinding, with a great patio, grill, basketball space, and a relaxing Jacuzzi. The master suite felt like a private retreat, complete with a large shower and soaking tub that added a touch of luxury.It truly felt like a home away from home—ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’d gladly come back again!

Great group house

Stayed here with a group of friends and our dog. Theres a nice large dog door and enclosed back yard for pets. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub and shuffleboard. Everything was well labeled. Kitchen equipment was just ok but had what we needed for basic cooking. Communication with the home owners was quick and easy.

Great location and property.

The house was as advertised and fit our needs. Enjoyed the yard and hot tub. Couch was comfortable for lazy evenings. Beds were on the harder side but worked for us. Location excellent. Garage was great for our bikes and golf clubs with plenty of space for car. All in all great. Rafi helped us out promptly on the rare occasion we had a question

Golf vacation

The house is very nice and location is great for a week long stay. We thought from the description of TV entertainment on VRBO online that there was at least basic cable or Hulu Live. That was not the case. The owner said he could bring over a tv antenna. Not sure how that would work. We decided to use our own Hulu Live account and change location from our personal home to this home for the week at our cost. For some reason the home’s COX fiber internet was buffering on and off for connecting. It was challenging for our stay, however, the owner was always helpful. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing.

The house was well equipped, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean! It is well located and easy to find. The hosts were very welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a positive experience.
