Booking Tip

This home is high demand during event season (Spring Training, PGA, Holidays, Concerts, NASCAR, Barrett Jackson, etc.). If your dates are available, book now before rates rise or dates fill.

Other things to note:
Home has one ring doorbell camera on front porch.



Absolutely No parties or smoking , vaping or drugs of any kind allowed anywhere on the premises including outside in front or backyard and definitely not inside.

Please be respectful of neighbors and follow HOA rules.

No large dogs over 25 lbs and no Cats allowed please. Pet must be disclosed prior to booking and only one pet per stay allowed. Failure to disclose pet prior to arrival may result in cancellation of reservation without refund. Rules must be followed while pet is inside home alone and either must be crated or left outside when guests are away. No pets allowed on any furniture or bedding inside the home at any times.

Any tampering or covering of any of the outside security cameras will result in immediate removal from property without a refund.

Also any violation of smoking in home will result in fine of $1000 well as paying for smoke reediation company to clean and plus other damages incurred. Violation of party rule will result in $1000 fine as well as removal from property.

Violation of any of the pet rules will result in $800 fine plus any repairs or damages incurred to be reimbursed and immediate removal of guest from property without a refund.

Any stealing of any towels sheets bedding will be fined. Please do not take laundry basket. A fine of 200$ will apply if it is found missing after your stay.

To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat.
Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

If you are gone for extended periods of time we ask that you please set the thermostat to 77 degrees or off.
