The CopperCasita 5 is designed using the 5 C's of Arizona (Copper, Cotton, Cattle, Citrus & Climate)
Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom casita is a charming converted garage attached to the primary residence with its own private entrance. Note there is some minimal noise transfer from the main house. At ~500sq ft. our casita is spacious enough to include an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, pub style dining area, lounge, wardrobe, and workspace. The kitchenette is well equipped for ease of cooking.
Please Note: Our bed is firm which may not suit everyone although many guests are delighted by the support.

Guest access
* Your dedicated parking spot is on the black driveway to the right of the casita/suite
* Free Street Parking
* Guests will have the entire guest suite to themselves. The patio is shared.
* Access to the casita is through a touchpad. This is easy to use and allows you to get in whenever you arrive. It is convenient, though we are next door if you want to meet.
Other things to note
Your space is 100% private but we live on-site and would love to meet you! If you prefer privacy that works too!
We live in the main house and there is some minimal noise transfer to the guest suite. Our house is very quiet between the hours of 8pm and 7am.
The casita is a converted garage that lives like a private loft-style suite. There is some minimal street noise however we live on a very quiet suburban street.
Please note:
* The air conditioning and heating are integrated with the main house however the suite boasts its own window A/C unit, ceiling fan, portable floor fan and space heater for optimal comfort and customization.
*The suite is perfectly comfy for 2-4 people across the Queen bed and the 2 floor mattresses. The floor mattresses can be configured either as two twins or 1 double.
* We are a family with young energetic kids that you may hear or see playing out front or in the back from time to time.
