This house was totally top-notch. The Linens the pillows the mattresses and all the Furnishings were top notch. I was shocked when the pool was colder than our pool is in Indiana when we open it so if you want to enjoy the pool you may want to do the heater option. Communication was easy and everything was handled in a Swift and timely manner. I highly recommend this property

We would not stay here again. The sole reason we chose this property was the pool, which was described as heated. We did not realize at the time of booking that heating the pool requires an additional daily fee and minimum, which made the pool unusable for our family during our stay.We raised this concern very early, along with issues related to the uncomfortable beds and bedding, but the host was completely inflexible and unwilling to offer any accommodation or compromise. Communication consisted only of repeated references to the cancellation policy, with no effort to problem-solve.Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel comfortable or family-friendly, which further impacted our experience. Overall, this felt like a strictly transactional rental rather than a hospitality-focused stay.Future guests, especially families booking for pool use should be aware of the additional pool heating fees, the strict management approach, and the nature of the surrounding neighborhood before reserving.
