Quiet community

The house was exactly as expected per the online bio with vrbo. This home suited my family and I perfectly. The floor throughout the home is laminate, which could've used a good cleaning. Well stocked linen closet. Great screened porch to watch the wild bunnies in the morning hours.

Comfort and affordable

Our stay is the SunCity was wonderful. Our family was only here for the weekend. The house was clean,confortable and very affordable. The area is quiet and was close to all freeways into PHX area. The Vacasa representitive was so friendly and went out her way to accommodate us. I would definitely rent again, when coming into town.
