Comfortable Pet Friendly Stay

I stayed here with my partner and dog for a few days and it had everything we needed. We found the place clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for us three. The location was great and we were able to visit many places in Phoenix with ease.

Everything we needed and very clean. Nice patio and enclosed backyard. Cute decor with some nice extras- coffee bar with flavoring for your coffee, Brita pitcher in fridge, super soft sheets and blankets. We would stay again.

Very nice place to stay with our dogs

It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying here. We only stayed one night The owner was very helpful with all of the questions. The space was spotless and comfortable. We didn't need them, but having a washer and drier was awesome, we don't usually see those. It was so nice having a large backyard for the dogs.

Perfect little place

This property looked just as it was described and pictured in the listing. I stayed here for 1 night with my 2 week old baby & my parents. We each had our own bedrooms and there a travel crib for baby. The beds were very comfortable with the softest sheets & bedding. The place had many amenities provided such as shampoo, body wash, dish soap, silver ware,etc. The ac kept the entire place cool and comfortable. We all enjoyed the place very much & would stay here again. Aaron (host) provided helpful simple instructions before our stay and had info listed inside the property. He was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. I would recommend this place for short or long stays in Phoenix as it is about 10mins or less from many restaurants & stores.

It was a good option for one night quick stay. I wouldnt recommend it for longer stays it didnt feel too comfortable, the bedding felt old and the water is super hard and left residue on my skin when i showered But overall easy and close to the airport.

Though the property square footage was small. It was still quite roomy even with us having 5 adults, a grown teenager and a preteen. The property manager was very responsive and courteous throughout the trip from initial booking to checkout. Property was about 11 min for the Phoenix Covention Center, making it very convenient for our trip.

We lost power in the kitchen area our 1st morning (we stayed 3 nights) and the power was never fixed. We had to boil water for our tea in the pot provided by the window on the floor.
