2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located in a gated community. Can accommodate between 6 people. Centrally located 15 minutes from airport and near virtually everything. Quiet community. Fully equipped Kitchen, ensuite laundry room with iron and ironing board, fenced yard. Note: 1 Queen size air mattresses. Parking accommodates 2 cars in the driveway or on street. Note: Garage is not accessible by guest.

The cherry on top of an amazing trip

Beautiful and very clean upon arrival, roomy and spacious feel making this a home away from home. On top of the views you get from the master bed, you get a nice gated patio to check out the stars at night. Very quick and helpful responses from the owner. 10/10 W Vrbo space

Perfect for what we needed

This was a nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. We were visiting family in the area and the rental was super-convenient for our stay. We would rent this home again.

Annual Phoenix Trip

The property was in a gated community, in a great location near South Mountain. Ten minutes to the Airport, and central to everything. We arrived, checked in no problem. The place was nice and clean. Everything that we needed was there. We particularly enjoyed having coffee, and breakfast in the outside sitting area that has a gas BBQ. The outside seating area is covered for shade, and overlooks looks the canal. There was four of us there, family members. The home was large, and comfortable. I stayed for 4 weeks in March. The host Sarah was very accomodating. Told us to contact her if we needed anything. To put it quite simply. I would rent this property again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! Paul from Toronto.

Pleasant experience, felt safe in property, host was amenable. House offers plenty of space, close to airport and South Mountain Park, reasonably priced.

Propery misrepresented an air mattress is not a bedroom

While Sarah did respond to messages, and we were able to talk on the phone, we dont feel the mistake she made on the listing (3 bedrooms) was our fault. The host feels that since she changed the listing (after we paid) to be 2 bedroom and air matresses, not 3 bedroom, which is what we saw on the vrbo ad. Neither the Host (Sarah) or VRBO were willing to offer a discount, or any reasonable solution, unless you feel, "go ahead and pay for the 1 day and we will cancel the other 2 days" is reasonable. Im not sure how that is a solution when we have traveled over 1000 miles and expect accomodations for 3 adult men. We dont reccomend this property, since if you have an issue, neither the host or vrbo will help to resolve it. We will also not be using vrbo any more, besides this incident, the excessive fees, ridiculous deposit or a "gotcha "fee insurance" is a bit sleazy, and the customer service was a waste of time.

Nice Little Property

The proximity of this property to South Mountain Preserve was awesome for a few guys coming into town to do some mountain bike riding. Also well situated for restaurants, the airport, downtown, bike shops. Would recommend for a laid back trip to Phoenix, especially if you’re there to take advantage of the outdoor resources Phoenix has to offer.
