GATED and FULLY FURNISHED short term (minimum 30 Days) or long term rental home in the middle of Phoenix/Scottsdale boarders.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 Queen, 1 King Bed

Light and bright OPEN SPACED with added recessed lighting. Upgraded kitchen (newer cabinets and granite counters) that flows into the dining room and living space.

Carpet in the bedrooms, tile throughout.

Enjoy your time on the balcony reading, or enjoying a meal. Some of the community amenities include :

pool, spa, tennis courts and gym.

Easy access to the 101 and 51 freeways.

There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance including the new PV shopping center, Costco, Target. Easy access to the AZ-51, make this a great central location!!!

We had everything we wanted for the stay and this is a great location with lots of things to do nearby. The only thing missing was a grill to cook our steaks and burgers.

Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paris and her griendNick we’re amazing. The one thing that was missing is a coffee maker and coffee cups. Oh and we could have used some pool towels. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
