Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at

If you’re contemplating picking another place, don’t! This is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Location was amazing, close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The place exceeded my expectations. Very spacious, up to date, and very clean. The backyard is huge, with lots of space to swim and relax. The house had everything. I cannot recommend this place enough. The management answered via text right away and even came out to fix the pool. Again, don’t hesitate, pick this place.

Family Vacation

The house well laid out and well equipped. The space was nice. We prepaid for pool heat at 75 per day…quite high. We had no heat in the pool for our entire stay. The company would not answer our calls, we were allowed to text only. They ultimately refunded our deposit on pool heat, but offered no other compensation for having a freezing pool for our family. We could have paid far less for a home without a pool.

This house is perfect for a family! The layout is nice, open and large. The backyard is perfect! The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with everything you can think of! I hope to stay again.

Amazing home for a Family Getaway!

This property thought of everything that a vacation rental could need! We stayed here with our family, grandparents, and siblings. We brought along 2 kids under the age of 2 which can be hard in a home that is not yours however they made it really easy! The open floor layout, the pool, the grass play area, covered outdoor areas, and a hot tub gave us so many different options and ways to enjoy our time. We spent a fair amount of time in the house and felt like we had more than enough space, bathrooms, and living areas. We also did some exploring around Scottsdale and the surrounding areas and we felt that everything was in a great radius from us. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. Every part of the house was thoroughly clean and everything they promised was all there. We would most definitely stay in this house again the next time we are back in Arizona!

Exceeded expectations in every way

This property looked great in pictures, but it was even more impressive in person. Large open layout perfect for our group of 9 ages 2-70. The kitchen/living room was a fabulous space for meals and gathering and all of the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The house was spotless upon arrival, check in was easy and what really impressed us were the hotel like amenities - Cooking supplies, towels, Extra toilet paper, laundry soap, shower toiletries, even cotton makeup pads in the drawers. The outdoor space was an oasis - Several areas to gather in and out of the sun and the heated pool was our kids favorite part. The hot tub was also a nice extra. We also loved the saguaro cactus out front. The location was centrally located in Scottsdale and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay and rent from Coast to Cactus again.
