SECURITY: We have exterior cameras pointing at all entry points for guest and host security. 1 at the front door, 1 top left corner of the property facing driveway and front of the house. 1 facing the backyard entrance.
POOL: No pool fence, practice caution with children.


RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be CANCELED with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- The music level outside should NEVER be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

PARKING
- No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES.

QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 10:00PM- 8:00 AM.

EARLY CHECK IN?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
- NO
CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?
- No. We allow 2 night minimum stays and 3 night minimum during events or holidays.

DISCOUNTS?
- No. We do not offer any discounts.

CONTENT TRADE?
- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?
- 1 Dog or Cats are allowed must 25lbs or less. Pet fee is $50 not refundable and a $500 deposit. It would be greatly appreciate if you could Minimize pets on furniture.
