We had a great time staying at this place. Very clean and the pool and hot tub were great too. They do need to get a pizza cutter. Again awesome place and we would highly recommend.

Siblings w/families in one house

This property was the perfect place for my siblings and their families to stay for a family funeral nearby. We were able to relax in the hot tub and pool and there was plenty of space to gather for meals and family time inside and out. Convenient location, close to shopping and freeway.

It's exactly like pictured and described. Really awesome place. The pantry and kitchen were incredibly well-appointed, too. That was a huge plus. We loved it.

Great for families

Great space for families. The backyard is very relaxing, lots of seating, with pool towels provided. The kitchen is very well stocked, even including Tupperware and spices. The kids loved the snack welcome basket. Great location, close to stores and freeway access.

Wonderful place! Just as pictured. The back yard is really nice. The living space is open and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and spices. It's exactly what we were looking for.

Great Time!

I stayed at the property with my parents, husband and two young children. We had a great time swimming in the pool everyday. We didn't end up using the hot tub since the pool was heated and was warm enough that we were comfortable swimming just in that all day. There is a park close by. It's a couple blocks up by the school that we would walk to and the kids could play in the evening so that was nice as well. The only thing that was kind of sketchy was the ally behind the house. There was a lot of trash back there. Not belonging to this house but neighbors. No one was rude or loud in the neighborhood though. I also would suggest the property owners getting some kind of shade or window covering for the patio windows. The grocery store, Target and restaurants are close by and within walking distance as well.

Great weekend getaway home

We decided to get away for a weekend and enjoy warm weather. This home was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything. We enjoyed the hot tub in the morning and evenings and the pool during the day. Checking into the house was simple and easy. I would highly recommend this home.

Great house for our family visit to AZ for our daughter’s graduation week from ASU Tempe campus. Easy access to campus for the various events along with close proximity to various retail opportunities need to support the families visit. House / property as advertised. Great backyard and pool for relaxing.

Great location

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house looked just like the pictures. The backyard with the pool was great with covered patio. The house was clean with plenty of towels. There are only two TVs. It was a great location as we were in town to go to a ASU game. Not far from airport, casinos, shopping, or restaurants. Tempe is a nice city, I would definitely stay there again.

Ladies Trip

The ladies in our group agreed that this house deserves a 5 star review in all aspects except for one. Before we arrived, there was a bit of a dust storm that blew through. The pool was not clean. I texted the property contact with a pictures of the dirt/leaves (including at the bottom) in the pool. They said they would see what they could do. The pool remained dirty for the duration of our stay.

The Tempe house was excellent--pool was a great temperature as was the hot tub. The layout was also great. Note, everyone came down with a rash that we believe was from the hot tub, which needs to be drained, cleaned and chemicals added.

It has everything you would need for grilling, cooking or baking (just need to add a hand mixer). The big tv was great for down time.

Simple Staycation

Group of us went for a relaxing birthday weekend with a pool. Overall house was clean and gorgeous. The pool and backyard area was not as appealing as the house but served it purpose. I thought the listing said pool towels, but there were not any, so make sure to bring your own.

Flawless stay and so close to everything.

Perfect stay so family stay even though we traveled here to the Ironman Arizona but we travel so much together as we are a family. Well decorated and layout is great, we even had a chance to use the pool even though it was on the chilly side. All in all, we loved it.
