We loved our stay in Surprise. The home was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The host was quick to respond and was always very accommodating. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for baseball.

Comfy cozy

This is a great house to stay at in Surprise, especially in the Marley Park neighborhood. The house was very clean, has all the amenities you would need and the host is so friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

My kids and I were very pleased with the home of Randy and June. It was very clean, they responded immediately when I had questions about checkin and items we needed to find within their home. We will definitely consider their home again in the future.

Randy was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay for a high schooler’s baseball tournament. Better than getting hotel rooms. No complaints about the place or stay at all, pretty much as advertised. We did a bit of cooking, and it accommodated us well enough, but the pots and pans could use an update. It seemed to have all of the necessities for cooking meals otherwise. Beds were comfortable. Good size TV in main room. Couch and chairs were cozy too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for family trip.

The house was clean, spacious, stocked with all the essentials and very welcoming. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. All good things to say about this rental house.

Another Great Stay

We stayed at this property last year over Thanksgiving and was so very happy it was available again this year. It is truly a home away and more affordable for a week stay than most hotels in the area. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable for family yet cozy for two. Look no further, just book it!

Quiet oasis from the AZ heat.

This home is in a quiet, safe, nice neighborhood. Having the house to ourselves was wonderful. The hot tub was a treat after 12 hours of driving. I will definitely stay here during my next trip.

One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at…

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, which was close enough to Sun City for Christmas. The hot tub was nice and new and very clean. We enjoyed the Christmas lights. Nice appointments and furniture. Looking forward to coming back!

Awesome home away from home

We stayed at this home during a PG baseball tourney. It is in a great and quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the hot tub! Came with everything you need. It was truly a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Family weekend

Property was exactly as listed - clean and well maintained. We were in town for a funeral so didn’t do to many “fun” things but did catch up with family at the house every evening while there. Great quiet neighborhood - will absolutely rent this place next time we are in the Surprise area.
