The Space:

This estate is designed for groups who want space without sacrificing togetherness. The main house features a light-filled great room with soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen ready for group cooking, and a dining area that opens to the outdoor living space. Two primary suites — one in each wing — offer private retreats with spa-style bathrooms, while additional bedrooms across the north and south wings provide comfortable king and queen accommodations for the rest of the group. A private guest casita offers extra separation for multi-family stays. Step outside to a heated infinity-edge pool and spa overlooking the lake, with covered seating for outdoor dining and a private dock for the home's pontoon boat.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the great room, kitchen, laundry room, pool and spa area, dock, and pontoon boat. Self check-in is available via smart lock, with access details sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Arrowhead Lakes is one of Glendale's most desirable residential communities, built around a series of scenic private lakes with walking paths and green space. You're just minutes from State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals and a major concert venue), Camelback Ranch and other Cactus League Spring Training facilities, and the shops, restaurants, and casinos of the greater Glendale/Peoria area. Downtown Glendale's historic district offers antique shopping and local dining a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the area.

- This home is well-suited for large families, multi-generational trips, and groups celebrating special occasions

- Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee

- The home SHOULD NOT be rented due to the boat. Like any vehicle, it's occasionally out of service, and we can't guarantee it can be used for your stay.

- The pontoon boat requires guests to review basic operating instructions before use.

- Quiet hours and community guidelines apply given the residential neighborhood setting (9pm - 8am every day)

- We have cameras on the EXTERIOR of our property, and in no way are they in an area that takes away from your privacy.
