- Fire Ban Restrictions: Please adhere to any fire ban restrictions that may be in place during your stay. These measures are in effect to prevent wildfires and protect the surrounding area.
- Salt Water Pool Usage: Guests may swim at your their own risk. We kindly ask guests to remove any lotions, oils and hair products prior to swimming as these damage the condition of the water. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly location and happily welcome well-behaved pets. However, aggressive dogs are not allowed at our home. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and we kindly ask that pets do not urinate or defecate in the home. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, pets should not be left unattended in the home.
- Check Out Expectations: We do not have checkout instructions. We want our guests to enjoy your vacation. We simply ask that you leave the home in the same condition as you found it, free of any damage. We appreciate your respect for our property and request that you treat it as you would your own family's home.
- Noise Ordinances and Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have noise ordinances in place. Please be mindful of the quiet hours and keep noise levels to a minimum during these designated times.

- No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy in place to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please reach out to us in advance to inquire about these options. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust check-in or check-out times for same-day reservations. Check-in time is 3:00PM and Check-out time is 10:00AM.
- Refund Policy: Our policy does not offer refunds outside of the cancellation window. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected delays or changes.
