  • About this space
    Pinkies up! Unpack and relax in a newly renovated guesthouse that is filled with the warmth of an English-style cottage, in the heart of a desert city, downtown Phoenix (minutes from the airport). This charming guesthouse located in the Coronado District is a perfect place to call home for your next adventure, business trip, or romantic getaway with a ton of great and unique amenities. Enjoy outdoor dining, your personal patio, the outdoor fit pit or cozy up inside with a movie and a cup of tea.
    The space
    The cottage is an open studio concept. A beautifully handcrafted fence slat wall encloses the bathroom providing privacy from the kitchen and living room but is open to the lofted bed. There is no door in the bathroom but the fence slat wall encloses the oasis bathroom, creating a nice spa-like escape from the front half of the cottage. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams create a spacious feel with lots of natural light filling the space.

Cute, stylish, well done property. Perfect for my 4 day business stay. Owner was attentive to my questions. Highly recommend. Neighborhood is a little old, but I wasn't out visiting the neighbors anyway. A really good option instead of staying at overpriced hotels.

Very cute!

This space was very very cute. Lots of amenities, pots, pans, air fryer, extra blankets, etc. Close to airport. The only two things that were kind of a bummer is there was no dishwasher soap, as stated in the binder, and the room was extremely bright at night time. We had to kinda rush to take everything out of the dishwasher and hand wash, dry and put away quickly as to not be late to our flight. Not a biggy at all, but we just would have planned ahead and purchased some as to not rush. The blinds on the windows are bright white so the lights from across the street illuminate the space at night. My partner is not sensitive to lights at night and it was no issue for him. But just something to kinda be mindful of when booking. 😊 Very cute and well designed otherwise.
