POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $50 per night. Please let the host know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in or around the pool. *** All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***
EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.

How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.
